I love this toiletry bag. After buying the plastic ones only to have them fall apart in a year or so, I decided to purchase this one with the fabric/ plastic combo. This definitely holds more than a typical ziplock bag, but it is based off the generic TSA dimensions. I recently traveled through 3 airports with this bag (Reagan National in DC, BWI in Maryland, and O'Hare International in Chicago), and had no issues at TSA with any of these airports. I think it helped that the outside of the bag is printed with "carry-on approved" so they didn't even give it a second look going through.The smaller bag included was an added bonus. It held my headphones, cords, and small portable battery making it easier to grab while on the go in the airport. I am still using the small bag in my purse as I use my headphones and cords every day at work and they don't get lost or tangled anymore.The amount of items that this bag holds is deceptively large. I will add a picture later, but it held everything from shampoo and conditioner to liquid makeup and more and I still had room to add things to it. The flat bottom was sturdy and didn't fall over once while it was open in my hotel room. The strap attached to the outside seemed strong, but I haven't used it, so I can't attest to its strength, but I do think it's smart to have and attach to the outside of a suitcase before going through security.I've gone through about 7 of the other TSA vinyl/ plastic carry-on bags and this has been the best one of all. I think that the fabric in combination with the plastic allows some extra flexibility for products to move around and not stress and tear the zippers. I would definitely recommend this if you are looking for a new liquids bag for travel.

Sturdy, flexible container went right through TSA with no problems. Easy to pack and use as it stands up on its own. The flat based design creates more space thereby allowing more products to fit. No worrying about a flimsy ziplock bag tearing or bursting at the seams. No having to leave needed items at home. I was able to fit everything I wanted with room to spare. I was a little bit worried that because it’s an alternative to the standard 3-1-1 rule quart bag, that an agent might object. (I brought a quart ziplock in case) It was reassuring that the printing on the bag clearly identified it as a 3-1-1 bag intended to comply with TSA regulations. I held my breath when the agent said he needed to check something in my liquids bag, but as he held the bag he then said it was all fine. If anything, the bag helps to show that you are an organized and responsible traveler. This bag made one step of air flight simpler and stress free. We can all use that!

I love this bag! I had read a ton of reviews on other bags, before ultimately deciding on this one.I am obviously a woman and we tend to need more stuff where grooming is considered. Lol I was shocked how much I was able to fit in this bag! Going on a 7 day trip a normal quart bag doesn't hold enough, or you have to be selective and get creative on how you take items or what you take often omitting some necessities. The bag itself is made of excellent material and seems like it will hold up really well. The zippers slide easy open and close. Here's a list of everything I was able to fit inside- it was just thrown into it as a test, since the bag arrived today.Full size bottle of liquid make-up,day and night cremes in the jarsSerum and eye creams4 bottles of ts hair products,3 full size lip glosses1 bottle of ts lotionBottles for my shampoo, conditioner, and spray leave in conditionerFull size mascara, concealer, liquid eyeliner, and lash glue.2 ts perfumes1 ts Body wash2 ts make-up removal wipesStill had room left and will be able to put a few other things inside it. Toothpaste, etc. Some of the full size products will be condensed down to travel jars just in case TSA gets picky, and I don't have to toss expensive makeup and creams. I have a backup bag for liquids just in case.

LOVE that this bag is sturdy, has a flat bottom so can be held upright, fits larger items easier, and is easy to take in and out of my existing toiletry bag with items that are not liquid. This bag seems to fit a lot more than a quart size ziploc. Item arrived on time and in good condition. The only issue I had was the very strong plastic smell after opening, but after a couple of days out of the smell dissipates. The bags worked out perfectly for our trip to Paris, and I even left my items in the bag for storage during the trip. I brought an extra bag that wasn't being used for my son to use to carry all the superior French sunscreen I bought during the trip! I had bought a TSA bag in the past from another company that fell apart after one trip. This bag is strong, the zipper is well-functioning, and it will last you through many, many travels! I hope to use the Cable in the Bay company again in the near future!

I love this product. Spacious enough to put all my mini sized travel items.

I just used this bag on an international trip and it worked great. No issues in US or Spain security lines. This is much better than a zip plastic baggie. So much more sturdy.

This bag is wonderful! There's a LOT of room for your liquids. I used to use a 1 qt sandwich bag which doesn't hold much. These are quite big... and sturdy. Worth buying if you travel.

This is really well made for travel; held my silicone refillable containers and I used the mini bag for the testers that you get from companies. It is a good plastic (not the hard crappy stuff) and with the fabric outside, it makes it look nice too. I like the new carry handle that you could attach to the outside of your carry on bag. Never had any issues going through TSA security screening; just put it in the bin and send it through the scanner.
