Complete waste of money as it's just a very expensive, blank notebook. I thought it would at least have checklists and graph paper for designing room layouts, but it has absolutely nothing but lined and blank pages. Should have saved my money and bought an A4 pad from the supermarket. It's a big con, so don't waste your money on this item.
