DAP 10304 Plaster Wall Patch, White, 25 lb. Bag

I do life casting...this is a good product to use with my molds. I've always used this and recommend it. Fyi altho it may appear to be dry I would recommend that you do not take the product out is a mold for at least 24 hours. It's strong enough to hold the image or shape but it's also soft enough that you can send it if you need to I like it. Also because it is still porous I recommend that you are going to paint the object that you would first prime it with gesso or some type of primer that you use normally ffit better paint coverage. I also use a acyrillic spray after I've painted for protecting the paint.

I bought this plaster for creative purposes, and I was pleased with it. I simply diluted the dry mixture with water to the consistency I needed and began sculpting the leaves onto the drywall. It took a day to dry, then I painted and varnished the result, and the painting was ready.

Um there's not really anything to say it's plaster. Sorry Not just plaster a whole lot of plaster. The directions are super easy measure how much you want add water and stir. I want to say actual cure time is 24 hours but it starts to set fairly quickly maybe around 20 minutes. I was using it for casting worked great, good amount of detail and I didn't have a problem with bubbles or anything like that.

I had a hole to patch in an old plaster ceiling, a hole that resulted from a roof leak that was hard to find and fix. The plaster was easy to work with, and filled the hole easily and smoothly. I recommend this product for small plaster hole repairs.

This did a really good job, you just have to be fast because it does dry pretty quickly. Easy to mix, easy to apply, easy to sand. Dries hard. Still need to paint it, but happy with results. Would recommend.

Excellent product, lots of time to work with it so you can get a very smooth finish, I was really surprised what I was able to do since I am such an amature at patching walls. Using this product along with watching 'How to' videos on YouTube I was able to to a near professional job.

It dries way too fast. I bought the product for its 2-3 hour drying tome and it dries to an unusable hardness in 10 minutes. Very displeased.

This is my second bag of this and I'm not sure if I got scammed or what? My first bag worked fine and set within a half hour. This bag isn't setting or heating up like it should as it cures. I know it wasn't user error as I've been using this plaster for over half a year with no issues. The only thing that changed was I needed more plaster and ordered a new bag...

La mayoria de yesos se secan en 2-3 minutos y prepararlos requiere cierta paciencia y trabajo. Este Yeso es excelente, solo se mezcla con agua segun la cantidad de yeso que se este preparando, y resulta en una masilla casi casi como plastilina que se extiende de maravilla super suave como si fuera betún, para cubrir cualquier tipo de superficie y/o rellenar y tarda en secarse bastante en el molde de preparado, por lo que el tiempo de trabajo es lo suficiente sin miedo a que se vaya a secar y terminemos con una plasta de yeso desperdiciado como el resto de los yesos comunes. Es la primera vez que trabajo con este tipo de yeso y quede sorprendido, ojalá estuviera más seguido en existencia, ya que aunque cuesta un poco más, el resultado y las horas de trabajo ahorradas valen cada peso.
