Micromax Canvas Knight 2 E471 (White-Silver)

It's a very good mobile. 1: Beautiful design. 2: Good display. 3: Smooth Internet surfing, no lag. 4: Not the best but cameras both are good. 5: Battery is not great but good. 6: Seeing video in this set is just awesome. 7: Gaming performance is nice. Overall this is a very nice mobile phone in this price range. I am using this set for the past few weeks, it heats much more in the first two weeks but it settle down slowly and now it heats much less. E471 is a very delicate mobile and it needs some care. Lastly I thank AMAZON for the timely delivery and I think AMAZON is the best online shop in India.

Pros: Good build quality. Too thin and lightweight Good camera. Selfie camera has wider angle than other mobiles. Good quality headfones. Cons: Over heating when using the inbuilt camera app. Sometimes photos become blur in low light, don't know why. Battery life not upto the mark. Only lasts for 12 hrs with light usage (No games, 3g data always on, whatsapp, frequent calls) No gestures for lock and unlock, this can damage your power button soon. Conclusion: if you love this iphone like design and built then go for it. Many asked me, is it Iphone 6, at first sight. :P. If you want an overall better package, go for Asus Zenfone2 Laser or Lenovo K3 Note.

Good Smartphone Pros 1. Can handle heavy usage 2. Front camera is very nice (9 out of 10) 3. Rear camera is also very nice (9 out of 10) Cons 1. The system dialler is not working good.This con is very very very very very BAD. 2. The cellphone heats up very fast. 3. 2260 mah battery is freakingly bad. I've to charge it thrice a day. And a usual charging takes 2.30 hours. Very BAAADDD.

The mobile was not delivered on the said day even after paying an extra charge for it But it now the phone seems to b good Super speed Good look Not much of heating problem except while playing games Sound is good not as said in reviews that its low Its loud enough n best in earphone If u guys are style loving then go for it Its india made phone mfg in uttrakhand N is performing well Must buy mine one is good I charged it upto 94%in d morning And its still shows 28%at 11pm Good backup for casual usser

It is a very very bad experience to me. 1. It is difficult to open to see the battery or replace it any time unlike other cellphones of Micromax. 2. I tried to insert a new sim and checked for functioning etc. It was good. Then, I tried to replace that sim with my main cellphone sim so that I can use that as my main cellphone. The sim tray got stuck open. The main sim got trapped inside. I had taken it to a cellphone shop, but they suggested me to take it an authorized service centre. I took it to them in Secunderabad.lt appears that it cannot be opened by ordinary service people. Special equipment is required to open. The authorize service centre personal told me that it is defective, they they gave me the taken out main sim and suggested me to return it and ask for new one as it is not even 3 days since received. I tried my best to know how to return it and whom to return it. I could not find. Felt helpless and suddenly I found that the tray could move in and move out. I was happy and inserted my main cell sim. Again the tray got stuck and the sim got stuck. I felt miserable, went to authorized service centre personal, explained them the miserable plight and begged them to help me even if it costs me some money. They took a few days and they could take out my main sim (no cell for those days). They told me it will take about a week to do the needful, it is about 2 weeks and till now I could not use the cell since delivered. How miserable it is. God save others before buying. See first, know about the things you want buy and then only order it

Very good product of micromax... value for money.. got within two days,very attractive look,looking reach, display and camera is just awesome.speed is good,no lagging at all.. only one issue sound is letal bit low for music..just buy it.

I have recently purchased the product of MICROMAX company-Knight 2 4g phone model no. e471. Serial No. 911409300674091. The product is Ok overall, but the ringer volume of the phone is too low to hear even in peaceful surroundings. In specification given on website, sound feature is boasted to be EXCELLENT..as below:- Stunning Audio, Experience the best in class audio quality with Micromax Canvas Knight 2 as it comes loaded with Cirrus Logic Wolfson Stereo DA I approached Customer care of Micromax and complained about lower volume of speakers, but they answered that volume range is inbuilt kept LOW in this ,odel, so asked them about the feature narrated on website as cited above and told them that: "Instead of stunning sound, it is hardly heard EVEN IN QUIET ROOM OF MY OFFICE AND HOME BOTH, in traffic or out of home/office, IT IS NOT HEARD AT ALL, EVEN VIBRATION IS LOW-NOT SUFFICIENT TO NOTICE THE INCOMING CALLS." THEY(MICROMAX PEOPLE OF CUSTOMER CARE) STATED: We haven't claimed any such audio feature on OUR WEBSITE OR ANYWHERE, if AMAZON website displyaing such feature, it is there lookout. Fantastic phone. Recieved before time. Thats more than enough wht this phone provides for 10k. A minor problem of phone getting heated could be a con of this phone. Hope it works btter in long run. For now a happy customer.
