Perfect use either frozen or heated. I use it frozen for my severe migraines. They cover all the main pressure points such as the temples. Most are just smaller sized and not as effective. Bought another one for my dau for her sinus congestion. Use with essentials oils and totally relaxes and refreshes.

I bought this to keep in the fridge/freezer to help calm inflammation of rosacea. I put it on before bed and accidentally fell asleep in it - it's very comfortable. So far it has helped when my skin is irritated and red.

I used to use a full-face cooling pack, but the design was so creepy and unnatural-looking (like some sort of weird, bright blue mask of a horror movie serial killer) that I had to warn my husband before I put it on. Besides not wanting to scare my husband while I am trying to relax before bed, having the coolness on my eyes and upper cheeks was much more important than on my jawline.This mask gives me exactly what I needed, and it doesn't terrify my husband. I get sinus headaches and this face mask is amazing. By keeping your eyes and your nose unobstructed it covers just where you need it. It lasts about 20-25 minutes and it's really nice to have it's a head strap on it so you don't have to hold it

Great for sinus area headache/pain relief!! These are my favorite. I use these for migraine relief when pain goes into face. Many migraines are often mistaken for sinus infections/sinus headaches.

I froze the ice wrap and once frozen it would not fit my face.

This worked great for my rhinoplasty recovery. I bought 2 masks, kept one in the freezer, and rotated them as needed. The nose hole could be a little bit bigger, but it still worked. Would recommend!
