This was an impulse buy--I remember this story from when I was a kid. My granddaughters were coming for a visit--and I wanted to share this wonderful little story with them without paying the higher prices for a mint condition book store copy. This was perfect. The book felt read, not like some bookstore copy, cold and sterile. This was a read book. The copy was gently and loving used--it had the nostalgic feel of a book from my childhood. No marks, no ripped pages, nothing to distract from the story and those wonderful illustrations. Just a perfect artifact from my childhood. The girls loved the story and took the book home with them.

Single greatest book on the topic ever. The original and still the best. Harold, a kid with a vivid imagination, creates his own reality and changes that reality as he wishes. So simple, so cool. This board book is great for kids.

My husband's favorite book from childhood. He loved it so much he wanted to get a copy for my niece's baby shower. It's a cute story, very good for kids at a range of ages.

I first was introduced to Harold 60 years ago and recently bought a couple prints of the book for my two 5 yr old grandkids, with a special message from Bumpa (that's me). Great story. Simple. Clean. Wholesome.

We came to know this book very late, but we brought it for our 4-years-old since then it has become his favorite. For fun, every time we read we choose a random color crayon, and most of the time we choose blue because it is his favorite color.

Nothing beats reading a book from your childhood into your childrens childhood. It’s exactly as I remember it. Also the condition it arrived in? A bookworms dream because it was in mint pristine condition. Would absolutely buy it again if I needed to get this as a gift for someone else. Kids adore this book.

The book has a different feel and style of storytelling which is simple and engrossing
