What is the weight of one mug?

I have had my mugs for less than 12 months and there is virtually no colour left on them. The seller said I have washed them incorrectly?

We hand wash the red dot mugs with hot water and normal washing up liquid. We have had these mugs in 2 lots over several years and the colour has never faded.

Can anyone please tell me whether the colour of their mugs has gradually but almost completely 'washed off' in the dishwasher like mine have?

Yes, mine have done exactly that. I still use them myself as I love the thin rim of the China and the size is perfect but I don’t give them to guests. It’s a shame as they were lovely
