Ok. This belt has temperature control knob just as fan regulator & works quite well. But let me tell you,my skin turned red in just 15-30 min of its use. I can guarantee,it is detrimental to sperm count of men.Advantages:1) Easy to use2) Easy temperature controlDisadvantages:1) Skin reddening2) Its electricity connection cord is very short in length (just 2-3 feet). you have to keep proximity to connection.

Nice product but it doesn't burn fat ...not good for weight loss..but u can use it for for other purpose like to warm your stomach...it's helps me to reduce acidity problem..and also don't put this belt directly on skin use cotton cloth as temp is very high

Its okay for price, however having bought this item multiple times and having burnt a few pillows (luckily only slightly), I feel its better to spend a few more bucks and get a decent orthopedic heating pad with automatic temperature control and better insulation. And always buy from a decent seller.

Nice product but cheap quality

Security seal was damaged while received the product..so looks used .....not a good quality... Doubtful that it will work for long time

I ordered this with huge expectation but turns out its just heats up and causes sweating.On bare skin this causes red patches due to heat.Better start physical exercise than having this.Thank You

The Amazon website indicates that this belt is 125 cm equal to 49 inches. In reality because the centre of the belt is very thick it can only fit a person with a waist size of 42 inches or 43 inches. It certainly cannot fit anyone who has a waist of 44 inches and above. The measurement given on the website is therefore very misleading . While technically the belt is 125 cm, in reality it does not fit a waste of 110 cm.
