Excellent. Love it. Great if you sweat a lot. I use it for regular practice. I might get a second one.Like every cotton mat, the wetter the grippier. If you don't sweat much, spray some water on it right before practice.I put in on top of my regular mat.

Really beautiful color (I ordered the mint green one). I love the feeling of the cotton and the fact that I can just lay it out in the living room. For me, it has good grip.
