I use this while working out still getting used to this and yeah just taking in using this product.Im not 100 for waist trainers but this is very comfortable and does not dig.

Arrived on time, I have only been using it for less than a week so I can’t see the difference, I am a size 6 so I bought small size however I find it too tight maybe that’s the whole point other than that it’s good worth the money.

Absolutely cannot recommend this enough. I was ran over by a car so need constant back support and this is perfect and works far better then anything else I have had.

product isn't very stretchy so sizes came out rather small for me
