After one and half year I am writing this review. I purchased 2 years extended warranty for my Eureka Forbes RO water purifier at the time of purchasing of the water purifier from Amazon. The onsite go warranty came into force after completion of 1 year manufacturer's warranty. Eureka Forbes' service was excellent. After a few months (manufacturer's warranty was ended but onsite go warranty was in force) I booked a service request regarding my water purifier. The technician came and only capcured some photos of my invoice and machine. He told me that the filters have to be changed and I will be informed in detail shortly. After two days I was informed by a customer care executive that replacement of filter cartridges was not covered by the warranty. I was advised to contact the authorized service center of Eureka Forbes though I was agreed to pay the service charge and cost of filters. After this they closed my service request but I was received a sms where it was mentioned that the service request was closed by me. Finally I purchased AMC from Eureka Forbes and my filter cartridges were changed. Now my purifier is working properly.Therefore I will request everyone not to buy any third party warranty for any product.

I am very glad and happy to review Onsite service. Three years ago i had take Onsite extend warranty for two years for my purit water purifier and after company warranty got over. Just i need to call to customer care number and they use take request for repair. Onsite team members are very much positive polite dedicated they time management. I never paid single paise too get my water purifier repair get done. Now my extented warranty also get over team if possible I am ready to take again your service for another two years. Please contact me. Guy's don't wait for anything just go ahead take Onsite extented warranty service take my words you are going to save loots of money.

I am writing this review after 2 years of usage service from onsite go...one should understand that this is extended warranty after buying u r product.1 year warranty to be given by product manufacturers. After that 2 years "onsitego " team will take care of your warranty.but make sure to register in onsite go website once you opted along with serial number.Also there is option to change ur address by calling onsitego if u transferred to other city.Above i totally genuine and after 2 years of experience i am writing this.Sure will buy again extended warranty ..
