Much needed to stop your punchbag bouncing around the shop....
....you will need to buy sand. I bought a plastic bag of sand from my local builders merchant. with some manipulation, I manage to get it in whole, and zip. It means no leaks of sand through the zip when it is being used in anger after a hard days work. I would not suggest just adding sand, like some reviews state, I envisage it would leak and reduce the life of the item. You could bag the sand in there, but then your tie would be at the bottom, so I am happy with the approach I took. Not bad for an office boy.... haha!

Was a third of the price of other anchors and no differentre edit - after a few months the strap attaching the metal loop to the anchor snapped

Not up to job. Webbing that secures bungee from ball already wearing through after a few sessions.

not much use.
This item is closed with a zip which is on the underside. The zip has no stopper bar at the end and also leaves a small gap through which the sand trickles out. Unfortunately, you get what you pay for. Also no bungee supplied. Had to put a bag inside to hold the sand.
