Looks OK, feels sturdy - Not used yet with fire.
OK, this got good reviews and it seems a convenient, space saving option for a firepit so I thought I'd get one as I am more of a glamper than a camper so my tent and camp bed are of a larger size for 1 person but my car is a smallish Peugeot 206CC so all the gear has to be Tetris'ed into the boot and any overspill on the back and passenger seat so anything that folds small and compact is a definite bonus. Anyway, I thought I'd give that one a go for the convenience that unlike most fire pit, this folds / rolls up into a compact package back into its bag. Not tried it out yet until next weekend when I am meant to go camping and will attempt lighting my first fire ever. Will update / edit this review based on how it copes with a fire. For now, I have set it up at home along with the Lixada Bush Box stove I bought last year which hasn't yet been used either, and the little kettle I ordered at the same time as the firepit. The Bush Box will be on the firepit for cooking and heating up water. Then just the firepit for an evening blaze.... well that's my mental plan all going well.It all fits well together. The little kettle - tested on electric cooker so far - fits perfect on the Bush Box stove. Will update this review after use.

Great, lightweight ,compact firepit .
Was sceptical about this but wanted something light and compact to fold away for caravanning. It far exceeded our expectations . We use it with the smokeless £1 Bryant and may logs for sites but it says it can be used with wood. The framework does not get hot (maybe because we don't over fill it).We haven't tried to cook in it (only roast marshmellow) so I don't know how easy it would be to clean food from the tiny holes.Nothing falls through (I tried poking around to prove this wrong .....I failed )Also makes a great foot Warmer as the heat comes out underneath aswell! The mesh rolls up nicely with legs into a pouch . We've use it about ten times and I can see no signs of splitting or other damage which I expected with the price we paid. This is very light we actually took it with us to watch the sunset on the lake. The log we burnt weighed more that this .

Pretty cool
The media could not be loaded. I received this fire pit in time for our weekend camping trip (which was about 1 week earlier than advised). The first two nights were really windy so we didn't get a chance to try it. Finally, last night the wind dropped and we set up the fire pit. I was pretty impressed. The mesh top isn't very big but that had its advantages as it meant you weren't tempted to use all your wood at once. The fire caught quickly and burnt well, and sent out a good heat. Where the fire wasn't actually touching the mesh, the metal stayed cool to touch. Almost all of the wood burnt away, leaving just a few cinders and a small heap of ash to dispose of in the morning. It was easy to fold it up and put it away in the bag. I can't comment on the durability as we have only used it once but so far, so good.

Excellent compact fire pit.
Pretty surprised how good this fire pit is! Very stable and easily held 4-5 logs and burned well - allowing air from underneath really helped get it going. It’s not very high off the ground though, so be aware that you will probably scorch grass under the pit.Very little left of the logs and easy to clean. We also used it to place disposable BBQs on top, which worked well.Packs away easily and seems unaffected by the two nights of heavy use - so can see this lasting a few trips.I’ll probably buy another but plan ahead and pay less next time (paid more than double for next day Prime!).

Great wee portable fire
I used it when out in my moho, it was light to carry to lochside and easy to set up and easy to light some kindling and paper before putting bigger clugs on. It was cool in seconds when i tipped embers into water at lochside and i rolled it up straight away and put in bag, i wish bag was a little wider as it would stuff back in easier but its a brilliant product for the money

Great portable fire pit
Overall this is a handy on the go fire pit, held up well, and worked like it should.Very easy to assemble and due to the foldable ability easy to store.Stronger than it looks, I even placed a bag of instant light charcoal on it, no issues.I wouldn't go camping without it again, protected the grass under it well.

Surprisingly good
I've used this a few times now and give it to teenage boy students to assemble and use. They haven't managed to break it yet, so it must be well made!It works really very well, I highly recommend it.
