GREAT Customer Service!!!
I must say...I was a lot skeptical about spending good money on something like this with no prior reviews to read over. However my 15 y.o. son wanted it desperately for his room and what else can a loving parent do for a good kid...you buy it. This was coming from China. Took a few weeks to arrive and I kept it unopened until my son was about to return from spending a few weeks with his dad. When I opened it to hang it...I noticed a panel was damaged right off the bat. Then upon further inspection...they were all damaged during shipment. Upon notifying the seller and explaining my problem.... and providing pics....he was SO VERY polite and quick to respond with a replacement. I just received the new ones today and they are packaged a little better and arrived with no damage (although the box was a little beaten up). So, all I have to say is....GREAT seller.....my son is ELATED with his artwork....and all is right in my world. Thank you!!!
