I tried just a few exercises and I can definately feel it in my abs today. they feel more worked out than had I done sit ups. I used to use exercise bands that I held in my hand but often got frustrated when the bands would roll and feel like a turnequit on my leg. I don't have to worry about that with this pole.

This is a fantastic exercise tool. I knocked off a couple of stars because it was supposed to come with a video, but did not. I contacted them and I thought they were going to send the video. So far it hasn't come (2 weeks). I found a few things on Youtube in the meantime, and it really can give a good workout.

excellent piece for workout

Being home bound and unable to visit my Pilates studio this product fills the gap. Easy to use and 1000 of exercises.

Cheap. Broke after 3rd use and was not able to return.Don’t buy it save your money.

I just use this Chyir stick once and it got broken. It's really very bad quality. I don"t recommend this product it"s very bad quality.

Exactly as described, I love that it comes with an exercise dvd. Amazing. I am going to do the workout every day for 2 weeks and I'll get back to you for an update.

Too much slack, not enough resistance. Waste of money.
