I live in the desert in Arizona and made the mistake of ordering these during the summer. When they came, they were one solid piece inside the jar. I will only order them in January from now on, They melted in the delivery truck and were completely useless by the time I got them so I had to go buy them in person at a local store. Otherwise, I like these vitamins. They have a good flavor and are easy to use.

These are fantastic!!! They are extremely tasty and I find myself having to restrain myself from not taking anymore until the next day. It is nice to have this product due to the fact I have other medications I take that are pill form so this multivitamin is two less pills I have to take.I have noticed I feel a lot more level headed and what I consider normal for myself.I will be purchasing again!

It was recommended that I take a multivitamin as an upper middle aged woman. I cannot really comment to the effectiveness, nutritionally. I feel the same. The flavor is okay, the texture is okay and they don't upset my stomach. That's good!
