EASY COOKING! 😉
I cook this in a rice cooker which takes me exactly 2 minutes to set up. I cook once a week 1 cup and my little one has nice portion of this goodness daily. I freeze it in 4 oz glass containers from Iplaybaby.com

Great side or beginner food.
While it isn't as fast as other options out there, it is easy. After prep time, the portions were plentiful and I served my son this as a side while still being able to store it for later meals. The texture isn't my favorite but he enjoyed it and ate almost all of his portion. The flavor is normal for a rice and I did add a little bit of salt. I'm always trying to add healthy additions to his diet so this is great.
