St Patrick's Day 2018 I was 190. I drink one for breakfast and one around 4pm. I don't work out but my job is psychical and I'm constantly moving and lifting heavy things. As of today 1.23.19 I am at 126. I mix it with LIVFit Superfood Blend Powder,Nature's Bounty Optimal Solutions Protein Shake Vanilla, banana, dark frozen cherries, frozen blueberries, kale, hemp seeds, local honey, vanilla soy milk, oatmeal, water, and a little sugar free vanilla or chocolate pudding mix (for taste and to thicken). Works for me.
