Awesome item, stays sharp for years

its a good knife and I was looking for something like this for a very long time. I am going to buy one more, and throw away my old ones.

This is the knife that people talk about when they say 'like a hot knife through butter'. It is super sharp, comfortable to hold, and very reasonably priced for a Victorinox product. I have taken over all the chopping duties in the kitchen since this arrived, much to my wife's amusement. I think I might go in for the one with the longer blade - the 11 cm example. The packaging was a bit torn when it arrived, but that does not take away from the quality of this knife. Having bought other Victorinox products before, I have no doubt that this will retain the same finish and quality as its other products even after years of use. A word of caution - you might use this knife with a lot more force than needed the first couple of times because you might be used to working with a duller knife, and that is a surefire way to cut yourself. Use it smoothly and carefully.

THIS CUTS! like it can cut anything I feel. you ask for accuracy while cutting? well, depends mostly on the person but if your hands are accurate, you can pick out small spots in potatoes very easily, like I did a few days back.

Amazing knife even after using for 2 years its as good as new. No sharpening required. You will never need to buy a knife again. Be careful during initial days, as you might accidentally cut yourself, as you might need some getting used to it, as its sooo sharp.
