This product is absolutely awful. Don’t buy it unless you want your patio ruined. We bought this product after having flaky white patches on our new patio after putting a sealant down. I thought this would be the answer to my prayers but it turned out as my worst nightmare. Just look at the photos. Ignore the white patches though as I was trying to remove the sealant remover with some soda crystals on one or two stones. This didn’t work and we are left with a terrible looking patio as you can see. I followed the instructions on the back. I wish I had never bought this rubbish product.

This stuff is phenomenal! Had to work out how long to leave on, needs to be quite thick too. Lots of scrubbing and if not removed fully will dry white. Nearly had a heart attack when I saw one stone white the next morning but another application sorted it! I have a 50sq m patio to do so will take a while and cost a fortune but now convinced it will be worth it!! Personally found it needs to be cleaned off before it dries too much.1st pic before and 2nd pic after (just one slab done)

I used this to remove Thompson patio sealant. The instructions aren’t great as you basically have to work the time you apply the product. I put it on for an hour. It cleared must of it with a pressure washer, so I had to apply again on some of the bits which were still there, it may well be that I didn’t coat with enough of the stuff . I would recommend though, as my patio looks great.

It works well. We had 4 layers of Thompson's to remove. Therefore needed 2 applications and lots of elbow grease in some areas. Now looks nearly as good as new.

First class product, excellent results. Removed the bulk of 4+ coats of Thomsons with one coat, second coat restored stones (Indian) to like new!Only sorry I didn’t take a ‘before’ photo but ‘after’ photos are attached.

I made the mistake of sealing my black limestone to early and trapping the efflorescence under it. (White haze)This product did the job but took hours of pressure cleaning to remove as it was drying out. Very happy to have the colour back!

Do not use if rain about, not enough information on how much to use, very difficult to assess how long to leave it on, before washing off. Instructions very vague, we all aren’t experts.

excellent product .. block paving old sealant looking tired and flaky .. applied this product in small squares left for 45mins then used jet wash to clear off residue ... block paving now looks like new . would highly recommend
