DIssolves Well, Good Nutrition Profile -- Comparison to Vega & Flexitarian
First things first: to compare this protein powder, you need to compare it to other sugar-free or low sugar (1-2g) powders. Will it taste the same as one of the brands with 10-20g of sugar per serving? Of course not. But you're also not eating 10-20g of sugar. So its really a question of how does it stack up to the other low-sugar brands. My usual go-to for protein powder is Vega Organic Protein & Greens from Costco, and sometimes Flexitarian's "Flex Vegan" power, so I was curious to see how this would compare to those two.Ingredients: Health Warrior wins this one handily. There's no stevia/artificial sweetners (Flexitarian & Vega both use Stevia), with HW using monk fruit extract. It's also the shortest ingredient list of the bunch, and truly "clean"Nutrition: HW wins on fiber, but doesn't have the "extra" vitamins like Vega does. Vega has Vitamin K, Folate, and a few more vitamins/minerals that HW doesn't, though the tradeoff is a longer ingredient list. All 3 brands have 20-21g of protein, and fiber is 2g with Flexitarian, 4g with Vega, and 5g with HW. HW is the only brand I've seen so far with probiotics, which is a nice touch. It's always possible that other brands may follow suit eventually, but for now this is the only non- or low-sugar brand I've seen with probiotics. Personally I prefer the probiotics to the extra vitamins Vega has since I already take a multi-vitamin, but it really depends what you're most looking to get out of a shake.Taste: I'll admit, I'm not a huge fan of the taste of any of the low-sugar powders. They all basically taste the same to me, though HW dissolved well. I could discern a bit of an aftertaste from the Monk Fruit in the HW powder, but it was definitely better than the pretty strong Stevia aftertaste from Vega or Flexitarian. The instructions said to add 8-10 oz of liquid, and I blended with unsweetened almond milk, but I found the flavor was too strong with 8oz -- I preferred 10 oz. If the flavor of any of the powders is too strong, you'll like it better in a smoothie. Blend this puppy with some fruit and almond milk, and it tastes great. On the whole the Health Warrior powder is a great option, it's the cleanest label I've found that also has 'best in class' protein and fiber, plus probiotics. The taste is fine (on par or slightly better with other low sugar options) and it dissolves really well without any of the clumps of other brands I've tried. I've included a few pics below of the three brands, and the Health Warrior nutrition label (blue) vs Vega (white).

It appears to ship more than half emoty
The product is great. Much less sugar but still tastes great. But you don't get very much. I know things settle in shipping but this seemed to leave 3/4 of the big plastic container empty. Use less plastic (smaller container) or ship more powder.

Found plastic bits in mix
Found plastic in the container probably drank plastic. Contacted the company if there were any recalls in the lots and I’ve never heard back. I won’t buy again based on poor customer service and standards.Prior to the plastic, slightly grainy and very thin when mixed with almond milk and bananas.

Plant-based protein powder that's not sweet
Tried out this powder after reading about it on a site. I have been drinking plant-based protein powders for several years now (the whey-based powders give me digestive troubles), and this one has the most true chocolate/cocoa flavor of any I've had. I think part of that is it's not very sweet -- sweetness sometimes covers over flavors. It's not sour or bitter, just not very sweet, which appeals to some people. If you wanted it sweeter, you could add sweetener or fruit to it. This powder is a good alternative to most plant-based powders that contain grains.

Great flavor. Glad I got it.
My first time trying this product. I got the chocolate flavor and just made some with Vanilla flavored soy milk. It’s pretty good! Tastes similar to the chocolate protein drinks I buy for breakfast. The only downside is I was a tad disappointed to find the container is not full of powder. It’s not even 3/4 full of powder. It’s about half full of powder. I took photos as soon as I opened it to show what I mean. I figured some settling occurs but that seems like too much settling to me. Otherwise, I am looking forward to adding this powder to increase my daily intake of protein.

Love....
I usually hate flavored protein powders because they are overly sweet and have a horrible after taste so for the last several years I have bought unflavored whey protein isolate. I have tried others over the years but couldn’t get past the tastes. I was wanting to try something without animal protein and I LOVE Health Warrior bars so I thought I would give the protein powder a try. This is the one and only protein powder that is pre sweetened/flavored that I absolutely love. I have only bought the chocolate but i won’t ever go back.

Powered by plants
Love the nutritional value for this plant based protein. Good chocolate flavor, if a little bit gritty. Using unsweetened nut milk and adding half a banana helps make it smoother.

Great Clean Proteing powder
Love thus protein powder. Finally a product where I can read all of ingredients. Also a plus that it doesn’t cause bloating like other powders. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because the texture is a lit sandy/gritty
