Camera Monopod

I love this really useful monopod. I have attached a photo of the full Moon from Sunday night that I took using a canon 750d with a 500mm mirror lens with 3x converter and this monopod held it firmly and with its Three leg design it also gave some flexibility to tilt my camera yet still feel that the monopod held the weight. Its a great bit of kit for people with mobility difficulties like myself as I use a walking stick and have difficulties holding my camera steady. You can remove the three leg support and put the metal and rubber attachments to make a walking pole and its light weight and stable. Another reviewer mentioned how it can be a bit too flexible if its extended to its full height however as I am only 5ft 1 inch its perfectly stable. The design generally is excellent you get a carry case and can either walk with it or carry and its light weight. So great for travelling photographer who wants to be able to take a quick snap on the move, obviously a tripod is better in some situations, but I highly recommend this monopod to anyone.

Great monopod.Lightweight and easy to use.It has three base options.A stand for stability.A spike for soft ground and a rubber ball for hard ground.The thread can fit a camera or be reversed to take a tripod head..

Really easy to use - although the base is reasonably stable it might benefit from having longer "feet"! The ability to have it standing at various angles seems good but have really not found the opportunity when i would use it.

been using a mic stand for years for 360 photos. this is a great monopod and cheep as well. great buy. i got the black one. I think i’m going to ditch the wrist grip thing though. btw if you do google tours this is the perfect height.

The Moman monopod tripod is a lightweight but well made stability assistant. the tripod feet can be locked straight or unlocked to swivel freely as required. the pole locks are easy to use and quick in operation. The whole thing is very well thought out and comes in a handy soft bag with a rubber foot which can be screwed on in place of the tripod feet to make it a basic monopod.

If you read the advert blub they actually contradict themselves say the "blah carbon fiber blah make this aluminium monopod" Yes it's aluminium and NOT carbon fibre. However despite this it is actually a very nicely made but of kit and seems to work pretty well, so it a bit heavier than I would have liked but I'm going to keep it as it's far better than my current aging and now wobbly monopods. If it's was actually carbon fibre it would have got 5 stars. *UPDATE* After finding out how to remove the tripod feet I removed them and it is a LOT lighter without them so was going to increase to 4 stars, but trying to use the 'Activate your warranty' link on the card and being taken to Facebook messenger I now actually want to reduce down by another star. STOP USING FACEBOOK its not neccessary!

Value for money - parts were missing but customer service sorted out the issue for me The item itself is also easy to use and very much fit for purpose

The Moman Monopod looked really spart when I first unwrapped the delivery. When I stood it up on the carpet in my office I noticed that it didn't stand firmly - later in the week when I used it for a coupel of 360 shots using the Theta Z1 it fell over despite virtually no wind. The Theta is straight upright and would not noticeably affect the balance. I wrote to Moman twice but got no repy. As I need to the monopod for a client shot I had no laternative but to create a custom weighted base to ensure the mopd was fit for purpose. I now have a heavy circular base which makes a huge difference.

Cercavo una modalità più 'leggera' per il settore Wedding nonostante avessi già un tripod video in carbonio della Manfrotto ma il monopod ha una leggerezza e trasportabilità che non regge confronti neanche con il cavalletti più leggeri (rimanendo nell'ambito video professionale). Non avendo però mai utilizzato per le riprese video un monopiede ero piuttosto scettico e così prima di fare investimenti più importanti tornando ai soliti Marchi blasonati come Manfrotto ho provato questo monopiede, ho avvitato sopra una testa Manfrotto video 500 e devo dire che sono rimasto veramente sorpreso della stabilità e usabilità di un accessorio del genere. Lo utilizzo con una Fuji XT-4 (con o senza Ninja Atomos) e ottiche importanti come le Fujinon16-55 e 40-150. La base del monopiede può permettere movimenti fluidi attraverso una sfera/cuscinetto o rimanere fissa. Forse l'unico appunto che mi sento di fare sul fronte costruttivo è proprio il sistema di bloccaggio inferiore che richiede di intervenire con una chiave sulle viti di fissaggio avrei gradito un sistema più immediato. Per il resto non posso che consigliare questo monopiede e vi assicuro che non sentirete l'esigenza di passare ad altro modello tipo i Manfrotto, Cayer, Sirui o altri che costano diverse centinaia di euro ma saranno sempre dei monopod con i limiti propri di questo accessorio. Questo ha capacità di carico più che sufficiente per macchine professionali anche cinema camera con monitor montati sopra, stabilità e flessibilità. La domanda che fanno molto è se sta in piedi. La risposta è sì, naturalmente più saliamo in altezza e meno la nostra macchina sarà stabile. Provato anche con un piccolo slider ma i carrelli tenderanno sempre ad una lieve curva sull'asse orizzontale, quindi non adatto non questo modello ma credo in generale i monopod.

Me gusta su uso. Varias medidas al extenderse las diversas partes que me ayudan a encontrar la adecuada. La parte final se puede poner o no fácilmente, para funcionar como trípode o monopie. Echo en falta que se recogiera un poco más, porque en su extensión más pequeña sigue siendo un poco largo y no me cabe en mi mochila de fotografía. Pero le veo estable. Contento con la compra.
