Great for Postpartum
I got these as part of my postpartum readiness kit and they worked wonderfully.I used the first pair after my water broke and, although there was a lot of water, I had no leaks! They were a life saver and I wore them for a couple of hours at home and on the drive to the hospital. They are like underwear and a maxi pad in one and I wore them for the first week and a half/two weeks. I found them to be very comfortable and I had zero leaks or accidents. They are discreet but not always invisible - in jeans they are totally camouflaged but in softer material, like yoga pants, you can see the bulge a bit.I wish I would have packed a few pairs to use at the hospital and for our trip back home, definitely recommend a pair or two for your hospital suitcase.I'm a size 4/6 typically and I weighed about 155 at the end of my pregnancy. I got two boxes of S/M size, which fit well over my pregnant and post pregnancy tummy, I used all but two pairs.I highly recommend these for postpartum!!

I'm a fan for life
I wore these for postpartum bleeding and loved them. No kidding! I loved the convenience of throwing my panties away instead of laundering them. I was almost sad to not need these anymore. In terms of load bearing they held up well. No leaks or any other problems to speak of. 100 times better than the mesh panties and bulky maxis you get in the hospital. You can even fold down the waistband for a more hip-hugging fit. No you can't discreetly wear them under spandex so you'll have to select a more relaxed fit trouser if you want to hide the fact that you're wearing Depends. Don't be ashamed to buy these; comfort is more important than vanity.

Perfect for Postpartum Care
I purchased these for after I had a baby. I did not have control of my bladder for about 5 days after giving birth so these were perfect! I tried using what the hospital gave me but that just leaked everywhere and looked ridiculous! These literally are no bigger than underwear and a pad but they held up so well! I did not leak, I literally would lose my entire bladder in the underwear before I knew it! These held it all in! They were also great for post partum bleeding! I was so glad I saw online to get these just in case! Next baby I will order two packages 24 total for postpartum use!

I purchased these after reading how they were great for postpartum
I purchased these after reading how they were great for postpartum. Being on my third Baby, I decided to try it out. And honestly, they're amazing. Sooo much more comfortable than what the hospital supplies you with. Even the nurses commented on how great they were. I would honestly recommend these to any expectant mother. Feel like it's just as necessary as diapers for the little ones hah. I wish I purchased these with my first 2 deliveries. They are sold cheaper in stores like Wal-Mart ext. But I appreciated the discreet dilvery.

At least they worked
I used these when I came home from the hospital after having my baby. They worked for what I needed them for... so that's a plus. I hated how high they went up. I always had to roll them down. I hated the smell of them. They almost smell like medical/hospital things. After wearing them for about 2 weeks, I was over the feeling of them rubbing on me. So I switched to pads, because at that point my bleeding was light enough. It was nice not to have to switch out big huge pads all the time and be able to just throw them away though. I would probably use them again in the future.

Good for post-partum use
Per suggestion from my doula and after reading some reviews online, I decided to purchase Depends for the early post-partum weeks. Not that I was heading out of the house anywhere fast in those early weeks, but some reviews indicated these were the most underwear-like and would show the least. They worked out great, fit great, but I could definitely tell in the mirror that I was wearing something bulkier than normal underwear.

Postpartum pads? These pass!
I never thought I'd write a review for a product like this, but these were great. I wore them after giving birth, and they were much more comfortable than the large pads. They stayed in place, were very absorbent, and are surprisingly discrete. If you have the right pregnant friend, this could be a humorous, yet useful, baby shower gift.

not just for incontinence!
Great for when you're on the rag. I use these at night with a pad for max absorbency and to prevent unfortunate leaks. These are more discreet than other brands on the market, which I appreciate. Nice and comfy with stretch, hug the body. Agree with others mentioning postpartum use. Would be nice if the absorbing liner ran farther up the back and perhaps covered the booty entirely, but it works well as is.
