It does not, but what exact vehicle do you have? We can check to see if we have a kit available that includes the compressor, along with the drier filter, PAG oil and O-rings also required for installation. Kits that include those parts also have a two year warranty, versus one year for the compressor by itself. -BuyAutoParts

Every compressor we sell will have some oil inside to protect the part during shipping and the time it spends on our shelf, but you would need to drain it and add fresh oil prior to installation. Every 1997-1999 Corvette requires 8oz of Pag-150 oil and 26oz of R134a refrigerant. -BuyAutoParts
