I cannot believe I waited so long to buy such a versatile ‘must have’ in anyones kitchen! Being a chef, at times I forget to stock my kitchen with similar must-haves I use at work. After running out of room while fire roasting vegetables for a large dish I was making, I came across this grill basket set. What a game changer!! I love how well built and thought out the design of this product is. So versatile too! I have used the baskets for more than just fire roasting and grilling! The short basket works great for steaming, and the deep basket for small batch boiling. The removable handle works best for grilling. You’ll need to use sturdy tongs or similar tool for any use other than grilling. This is a well made, sturdy set. Why did I wait so long? Highly recommended!!

Mesh style grillware is an essential for veggies and other delicate eats. This set is excellent. I've always had grill woks and pans but I've recently gotten rid of all aluminum cookware and most of my gadgets were either aluminum or coated aluminum which ultimately scratched. You can't go wrong with stainless steel. That interchangeable handle us excellent and so quick to switch between baskets. Being steel you can expect discoloration due to the high heat of grilling. A little cooking spray AFTER heating the basket up keeps food from sticking. All in all, a great way to add some flame to little morsels without dropping half of them through the grates! I'm very satisfied.

I bought these originally for making smoked habanero pistachios in my Kamado Joe. Their size is perfect and I use them stacked with a small circular grate between them to allow maximum smoked air flow... They have also proved perfect for smoking/grilling veggies and fish (especially salmon). The wire mesh allows for maximum smoked air flow and I don't have to worry about any bits falling through as whatever is inside is well supported. Cleaning can be tricky because of the wire mesh but I've found that a good soak in the sink and a decent brush does the trick... haven't tried using dishwasher yet but that could be an easier way in some situations for sure. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase and they do the desired job quite effectively.

This is very handy for my gas grill. Easy to cook with. A little work to clean. Have had it for two years still looks great ( how one of the baskets the mess on the bottom is starting to break up? ). No sure if that is the norm, it is only happening to one of them

Bought theses to smoke nuts and they are great. They stack nicely and are very well made. Looking forward to grilling vegetables and using the handle. Clean up is fairly good for a mesh basket; soap/water and scrub brush make quick work of removing the smoke residue. Also works well as a colander . These are as nice as any of my other 'good' grill baskets. Buy with confidence.

I actually use these instead if traditional calendars. Drains veggies and mist pasta better!

This is a well made tool that makes grilling smaller or loose vegetables and meats much easier. No need to skewer shish kabobs, just toss items in the basket and flip or stir till done. Love them.

Heavy duty and holds plenty of veggies. Great for barbecue. Handle fits well and when put on outside edge while you barbecue it doesn't get hot
