Easy to apply and lasts all day
I've been looking for a liner that won't fade throughout the day or smudge an hour after I apply it. As soon as it dries, this eyeliner doesn't come off until I take it off. It's harder to remove than regular eyeliner, but worth the extra steps to get a long lasting liner.
