Penguin Chillers Glycol Pump

This has worked very well for a couple years now. It is in a container in a freezer with lines through the wall of the freezer. Powers my 10+ gallon fermentor in a 70°F ambient temperature down to ~50°.

I used this pump in my glycol a single time last year. After I was finished I washed it out by circulating fresh water, dried it and stored it. When trying to use it recently it was frozen. I took it apart, washed all the components and put it back together. Although it was spinning, it did not pump. Maybe I did something wrong, stored it wrong, but whatever but for $60 I got a total of three days of use out of it.
