I keep this in my car in case of an accident or some other emergency. It holds everything I might need quite nicely and I like the two zipper pockets on the inside to keep things organized. The divider is just right. I don't have a problem with the top being open I just tighten down the top with the belts.

Perfect bag
Awesome med bag to have lots of space to fit things and great access for items. I coach hockey so I bought this for my bench I can fit 12 ice packs 6 ace wraps 8 rolls of tape and all of my tools to fix the kids gear and I still had room for extra mouth guards and neck guards it was a great buy.

nice bag
This bag is very lightweight, nice size for my needs but if you need to fit a lot of stuff you may consider getting a larger bag. It's overall a nice bag for price love the red color it's very bold. Comes with a nice wide shoulder strap for comfort but the description does not tell you it's included.

Good for staying in the car or closet
I bought this for my home first-aid kit. Work fine for something that stays in the closet. But as the old adage goes "you get what you pay for". If this is for your home or car it'll work fine but if you're an EMT, paramedic,LEO or carrying it outdoors spend more. The fabric is cheap and I don't have confidence on the handle strap.

very misleading
Not horrible, but not what I expected. I ordered this bag to put in my car in-case I ever come across a car accident or whatever the occasion may be. Since I work as an EMT I figure if I can help why not? So, long story short I order this bag assuming it would be the same size of the bags I use at work. This was not the case, this "EMT First Responder Trauma Bag EMS" is not even half the size of my regular bags-I could barley fit half the equipment inside the main compartment, the side and front pockets-The top piece of the bag either seals by cheap Velcro that is almost useless, or the clips in the front which do hold but do not close it completely. This is because the equipment when inside causes there to be a large gap from the side pocket to the top flap.Like I said it is a bag. BUT if it's a bag that your looking to hold all your equipment then you would need to buy at least two of these compared to any other bag which you would only need one.

Look elsewhere for durability & usability
Even at $12 this is no bargain. Like another reviewer wrote, the top flap will not cover the main compartment when loaded. One ambu-bag consumes exactly half of the main compartment. The main carry handle mirrors a single interior elastic row (not 3). Into that I inserted a partial set of oropharyngeal airways that kept falling out (yes, even the XL), at which point the bag wouldn't close without the two front pockets being exposed. After ONE DAYS USE serving as a backup medic for a marathon, the following: Main handle tore free at one end, so I switched to shoulder strap whose attachment points then bunched up, stitching separating. Any kit contents that I didn't Ziplock Bag were soaked since the main flap didn't completely cover either the main or front compartments. Despite the fabrics wax like coating, side pouch contents were also soaked. Zippers handles were alternatively missing from the start, slipped off the end of the zipper, or the handle tabs fell off. Very disappointed, more so since I bought two at once for both our vehicles. My next purchase will be based on positive reviews instead of low price.

Basic bag
This is a basic bag, no bells, no whistles. Reasonable price. Since it sits in the back of our car without daily use, it's adequate for the task.
