This was an excellent upgrade for my old laptop. The provided tool could easily assist to remove the DVD drive of my laptop and replace it with my old hdd and replace my hdd with the ssd drive. The performance of the ssd is decent. Now I have the OS loaded on the SSD and using the old HD mounted in place of the DVD drive for data.

I'm very happy that I upgraded to an SSD finally. My laptop has become considerably fast. Powering on takes only 15 seconds (compared to 5 minutes it used to take on the hard drive)The quality of the product and the packaging was very satisfactory. And I think it's great that this seller sells both the caddy as well as the ssd together.Easy to install. And the screwdriver was useful too.Though. If you're reading this comment, I would suggest you pay a little more and get the WD blue series. It has an inbuild dRAM which will improve overall life.

Nice product and WD lived true to its brand name. The seller sent the product on time. The only reason I am giving 4 star is because the Witamy SATA Cady 9.5 that came along withe SSD disk looks of cheap quality.
