My wife and I recently decided to upgrade our living room set. Our kids, now gown and off starting their own lives, had ruined the previous set we got as a wedding gift in 1984 over the years. We loved our living room set, but realized after careful consideration that it was time to part ways with the beloved furniture.After several failed attempts to find what we were looking for, one of our children suggested we look on Amazon. It was here that we thought we found the solution to all of our seating needs--the Vip Bleacher 10 Row/140 Seat/21'-Fence. Though not your typical couch or love seat, this piece reminded my wife and I of a simpler time. We remembered the lovely modern styles of our parents houses and thought it would really make our house feel like a home again with a subtle reminder of our long lost and fading youth. Seemingly prudent--the Vip Bleacher 10 Row/140 Seat/21'-Fence comes with built in safety features, such as the convenient 21'-Fence--and offering a wide variety of seating options from its vast selection of 140 seats and 10 rows, the Vip Bleacher 10 Row/140 Seat/21'-Fence seemed like the perfect fit for our empty nest.The price tag was certainly a negative aspect of the Vip Bleacher 10 Row/140 Seat/21'-Fence, but my wife and I, after applying for a reverse mortgage to use the equity in our home to pay for retirement expenses, decided that the price, though steep, was acceptable. Shipping was an added expense, as this was not covered by Amazon Prime. When the Vip Bleacher 10 Row/140 Seat/21'-Fence arrived, it ended up being incredibly inconvenient to unload the large hauler in our suburban neighborhood. With the help of the majority of the neighbors, however, we were able to unload the Vip Bleacher 10 Row/140 Seat/21'-Fence and move it into our house. It was then that we began to realize that the Vip Bleacher 10 Row/140 Seat/21'-Fence appeared much more space efficient on Amazon, and though we were expecting 140 seats, the true scope of the number hadn't dawned on us until that point.After removing a section of wall and ceiling from our home we were able to assemble the Vip Bleacher 10 Row/140 Seat/21'-Fence with relative ease. As for the hole in the house, we were surprised to find that around the time of our purchase our personal finances were quite strained and we were unable to make the necessary repairs to either return our living room to its former state or cover the hole. For now we have resorted to covering our living room with the  16' X 20' Blue Multi-Purpose 6-mil Waterproof Poly Tarp Shade Cover 16x20 Tarpaulin by Grizzly Tarps .Pros: Vip seating. Mix-and-match living room arrangements. Convenient urban style fence for safety. Works with you as you age and cannot climb as far. All in one seating.Cons: Will require home remodeling, and a spacious area for unloading. I wouldn't recommend this product for apartments or trailer homes. Price, especially when compared to other living room sets. Does not come with cushions or fabric.

I don't actually own this item but my neighbor does. For some reason he set it up in the yard between our houses, facing the wall that includes the windows to our bedroom, bathoom, exercise room, and the twins' bedroom downstairs. He sits out there often, just quietly smoking and staring at our windows. Sometimes his family joins him, and I know at least a couple of times we've seen them almost full when he's having a party. This was becoming quite stressful for my family but the police (and I did call them the first day) said there was nothing wrong with him putting bleachers up in his yard.We finally solved the problem by purchasing a "Relaxman Relaxation Capsule" (ASIN: B0006MWV86) for each member of the family. We come home, eat dinner, and then retreat to our individual capsules for the night. The twins take their iPhones in theirs but my wife and I prefer to just close our eyes and drift off to a place where there's not an audience outside your bedroom windows. This solution may not work for everyone but it was good for us.Regarding the actual bleachers, the neighbors' kids told the twins they were a gag gift from someone on their mother's college cheerleading squad. They appear to be well made and in fact have held up through two winters here in Buffalo already. I'd recommend them but am just worried that more people might find them erected outside their windows, forcing them to search for some means of maintaining privacy like we did.-William Hurt

I needed some bleachers for my local dog park so I could hold blood sports there. When I got the bleachers, there was some girl's phone number underneath and half of the fifth bleacher was made of wood. Is this your "preferred" bleacher? I thought you said "all aluminum." And who the hell is Tiffany?

I have a very large family and we enjoy spending our free time sitting in the yard watching the neighbors. Although we had been using simple lawn furniture in the past, what made me turn to this was the quality, all aluminum construction. I was getting sick and tired of replacing cheap folding chairs that just couldn't stand up to the 8 hour a day use. Well, not only are these bleachers sturdy, but they have ample seating. Heck, we could even sit a whole family reunion on these and all of us watch the neighbors together. A huge added bonus was the height you get from sitting on the top row. You can definitely check out the whole street from there and even look into upstairs windows in people's houses.I highly recommend!

I found this item to be difficult to use for my nephew's sporting events. I tried taping casters to the legs, but they just ripped off when my wife and I are starting pushing. I think a couple of wheels, and maybe even a motor would help. I also didn't like the teenagers making out and smoking underneath it; it should have a fence built around the bottom. Other than that, it provides a nice, firm area for my buttocks and berries. It was quite supportive of my "HURRAH!!!!" and "GO ERNIE!!!" chants. Mildly recommended.

I figure these will come in handy at my funeral with my open JL421 Badonkadonk Land Cruiser/Tank viewing. In the mean time I may get some use of them renting them out for soccer games at the park next to my house. That is if the townhouse association doesn't consider them an architectural eyesore or the Canadian geese don't cover them in droppings.CA Luster
