Bought the 2lb set (1lb each) for my kid. It's good weight for a 7 year old. The fabric inside is very comfortable and the velcro, the hook, and the seams look very sturdy and good quality. It should last long after the kid outgrows them. Not sure about the reflective trim as we don't exercise outside at night. Overall, very happy with the purchase. May buy heavier set in the future.

These are excellent weights for anybody who's trying to strengthen their legs or arms. What I like about this company is you can select the amount that you'd like and 2 pounders were enough for me for now. I have 3 pound mini weights and because those are a bit much for me right now that's why I selected the 2 pounders when it came time to the velcro weights. I'm 41 years old and have severe osteoarthritis which has pretty much aged my body to that of somebody triple my age so I have lost muscle mass, bone mass and everything else. So to try and prevent further atrophy and try and strengthen my body again, I need to do what I can. These are incredibly easy to put on and use to walk around the house, go for walks, upstairs pretty much wherever you want to go. You can also use them on your wrists. They're interchangeable so wherever the need is most on you you can change it up. They're also incredibly comfortable so you don't really feel them there. Only when you're walking around and you feel the extra little heaviness on you that means they're doing their job. They have kind of a grooved design and that they fit on your ankles perfectly which makes them very comfortable. They also come with a great little bag that you can put them in for safekeeping so you don't lose them. Highly recommend these.

I am very glad I purchased these when Texas first went into its shelter-in-place mandate. I had also ordered a couple sets of dumbbells, but those took a couple of weeks to arrive, and these ankle/arm weights helped in the meantime. They are a pretty color (I love purple), but they are a little bit on the big side . . . definitely larger than I had anticipated when I purchased them. I do think they could have a better fastener so that sit more snugly on the ankle or forearm. This means the weight moves around on your limbs when you move. The velcro does hold well; the weight has never come off during use. But the whole ankle/arm weight does loosen up as you run, jump, and move about, and that makes me hesitant to take these out for a lengthy run. Maybe the manufacturers can look at a better closure system than using velcro. I'm still glad I purchased them and would do it again even with this feedback.

These are excellent ankle weights! I wear these everyday for half the day. For normal everyday walking and added to my workout. If these do not fully close around your ankle, meaning there is a part by the buckle where you can see your ankle, wear the bucket on one side of you foot for half the day and then turn them so the buckle is on the other side. It balances out the weight and workout.

Arrived as stated and I’m using in water exercise class. One pound weights are not enough, that’s on me and need to order two pound weights.

So far so good! Only had them a few days. I use them for arm exercises. Have not tried them for ankle weights yet. Tried them on the ankles and they feel comfortable. For good fit and comfort, need to keep the buckle in front of the ankle for walking. Working up to this weight level for walking in them for any length of time. Glad they have reflective band as days are getting shorter now. Will give future update with details.

Great weights, velcros is sturdy and they don't move while exercising

They are what they say they will be, 5lbs each. They are pretty comfy considering their bulk. Only issue I’m having is that one of the buckles on one of the weights isn’t fully protected, so it rubs on my Achilles.Other than that, they are sturdy and great for walking around (20min intervals) or doing floor exercises with (as I’ve been doing).

They feel great for the first 5 minutes however gravity pulls them down. Since they dont fully wrap the ankle, the strap digs into the ankle and its painful. Funny thing is I am not a bug human 5'2" with pretty narrow legs so I can imagine for anyone with wider ankles, this will be a bigger problem. Undecided about them at this point. Trying to think of solutions. I have tried to turn the strap portion inward but that just just the little bone on the ankle. Strap facing forward is an invitation to fall backward. I bought the 10lbs(5lb pair).

Bought these since all the dumbbells are sold out right now, and i’m pleasantly surprised! Really high quality for a low price AND they are so comfortable! I’ve heard about ankle weights digging into your legs, but these are absolutely perfect. Would recommend if you’re in a situation like me.

Exactly what it describes. Shipped and arrived a day before the guaranteed date.One note is it's made for average sized adults ankles and wrists. I'm smaller than average (5'4" 140lbs) so I have to wear them as tight as possible, and they sit on my shoes when I walk. I can't wear them barefoot as they drag on the floor but it's not a dealbreaker for me.

They are made really well and will last a long time. 1lb is lighter than I thought so I will probably order 3 or 5 lb ones.

Trop grand pour les poignets alors ne restent pas en place (femmes adulte de taille et ossature moyenne) ce qui n'est pas pratique du tout lors d'exercices. La description Amazon indique que c'est pour les poignets et les chevilles alors que la boîte du produit indique poids de chevilles.

Fit well. Stay firmly in place. Good for badminton footwork that implies lots of explosive laterals, backwards and front movements.

I don't really have any complaints about these ankle weights except that at times the metal part can cut into my leg. It is tolerable but can be a little uncomfortable.Besides that I would recommend the product - it does it's job.

As advertised. Just wearing around house going up and down the stairs even with a lousy 3lbs changes things. Comfortable to wear even for my wife who is quite tiny.

It’s a little lose in my ankle due I have small ankles. I adjusted it as far as it can go. But it still does the job.
