Noble JerkyChipotle – Vegan Jerky 2.47 oz

I bought the Chipolte flavor and it was so unpleasant that I considered it unedible. No smoky taste at all; it tasted exactly like the product had been dusted with an old, bland grocery store variety of chili powder. You taste cumin more than anything else. Also, be warned; the amount of product in this bag is really really small. A soy-based product is usually the cheapest veggie jerky on the market so I expected a reasonable-sized serving in the bag.

This is by far one of the nastiest, most rancid tasting products I've tried. I've never tasted jerky, animal or plant-based, that was this overtly sweet. Also there is a peculiar after take caused by the soy or black beans or both. This will never be repurchased.

The texture is good: nice and chewy. I like the seasoning: it is heavily seasoned, although it could be a bit spicier for my taste. Then again, I like really spicy food, so for most people this is probably sufficient. And I think the price is fine for the quantity. My only issue is that I find it is way too sweet. In some respects, I understand where they are coming from: although jerky isn’t barbecue, a lot of people expect that sweet barbecue flavor. But I’m certain that most people buying this are relatively health conscious and generally avoid sugar, so a product that is this sweet is a bit of a bummer.

I have been making the rounds trying different vegan jerky flavors and brands and this one is definitely not for me. It has a very overwhelming bean flavor which of course is because it has black beans in the ingredients. Not being a huge love of beans to begin with, this stuff just had a poor taste for my particular palette. My wife liked it, but she likes beans so I think we're seeing a pattern.

I have tried numerous brands of vegan jerky and this is, by far, the worst tasting I’ve ever had. I was extremely let down. It has a great jerky texture but that’s all it has going for it.

This jerky is delicious. It's dry like real jerky, not wet like the Primal Vegan Jerky (although Primal is good too). It's more sweet than spicy; the hot pepper is very very mild but tastes good. I wish it was much hotter. This pack is small and easy to gobble up in just 1 or 2 sittings, it would be great if there was a larger size or multi-pack available. Overall, very good and satisfies that jerky craving for vegans and vegetarians!

This Jerky is Flavourtown! the bean sauce,sugar,tomato taste, and spices go surprisingly great together. I think they put just the right amount of peppers for someone who intends to eat the whole or half the bag. Except for the texture, I would say this is the best jerky of my life by far. The texture is bad imo, like they did not make it to please humans.

I am always nervous to try vegan snacks, either the texture or flavor isnt appetizing to me, but this jerkey is great! Texture, amazing! I got the chipotle, kind of a strong tomato paste flavor with a little kick. I love spice so it is not too spicy at all for me.

I am addicted to this. It tastes so good, but you get so little for the price.

Ich esse gerne Beef Jerky, aber nachdem ich meinen Fleischkonsum reduzieren möchte, suchte ich nach einer Alternative. Dieses vegane Jerky ist von der Konsistenz und dem Kaugefühl Beef Jerky ziemlich ähnlich, vielleicht ein bisschen weicher. Es schmeckt natürlich nicht wie Fleisch (kann es ja nicht, es ist ja keins), aber es ist gut gewürzt und hat meinen Geschmack getroffen. Leider ist es ziemlich teuer, sogar noch teurer als Beef Jerky. Das finde ich echt schade, wäre es etwas günstiger, würde ich es sicher öfter kaufen.

Flavor is horrible. Tastes like straight cumin and chili powder, it's awful. Almost makes me gag. Would not purchase this flavor again. I would make a pot of chili if I wanted cumin that bad 🤢

The texture is great! Honestly it's just like real jerky! It's sooooo satisfying for someone like me who use to eat meat. The flavour is a little funky but after the initial first taste it's pretty good, like the sweetness and little bit of spice! I will be trying more flavours!!
