Students LOVED this book, very colorful!
As a substitute teacher, it's great to read to my students (EXCEPT when the students are mean to the sub, I don't want to have my students get any ideas ;)VERY colorful and the kids love it

Great for Beginning Readers
My son is in 1st grade and wasn't much of a reader the first half of the year. He loves these books because they have characters he recognizes and they are not overwhelming for him to tackle. They are the best thing we have found and he gets great color pictures to go with the story he is reading.

Nice book, my son is six this was a nice challenging book for him and because it was the chipmunks it retained his attention throughout. Great pictures too we will be ordering more
