The media could not be loaded.  Es un buen radio, cumple con lo prometido, casa muy bien en el espacio del radio original.

It works halfway, it says unregistered product and it does not allow it to work well, I like it but it still does not work, so I bought it

It's a cheap upgrade. Looks really nice. Doesn't function any better than stock. Was able to set up steering wheel controls. Loose the backup camera unless you get an aftermarket. Then you have to run to back of car. The picture is nice and nav is ok. Save a little more money amd get a better brand. There is zero product support (didn't expect any going in).

The media could not be loaded.  After receiving the package, both boxes were in good shape, and the device was wrapped with double bubble wrap protection, however when taking out for installation I noticed the broken part. Tried in the car and it lightly moved, but no big deal. I tried to glue it, but will not hold correctly.So after reading the manual and connecting the cables I tested it and noticed that the touchpad seems to be broken. It does not work properly. I check the manual and did the reset, using the reset button. I even removed the radio again, removed the fuse and check if that could have reset the radio.After doing all that, the screen still does not work correctly.I was trying to get the options for fix/exchange. However this radio has been sent abroad, to Panama, and returning it will cost more than bying a new oneWill check locally to see if someone can fix this, otherwise I may have lost my money

Missing parts broken gps missing instructions book

The kit does not include a rear view camera as a gift and a remote microphone, as in the description. The kit doesn't even come with instructions.
