I really like it but The reason I gave it 4 stars is that the touch sensitivity is Not as expected or described you have to press hard to be able to use your phone that's the reason that I will return it

I saw a youtube review of the OTAO tempered glass screen protector for the Galaxy Note 8, and that reviewer - who it seems makes a career of reviewing screen protectors - said it was the best screen protector he'd ever tried for the Note 8. So I took a chance and purchased the tempered glass screen protector for the Note 9. I purchased the single pack (for $12.99), but there was a $5 off coupon (because I think I was one of the first people to purchase this protector on Amazon).The product description says "full screen protection," but that's not completely true. There are very thin areas on the sides and top, and slightly larger areas in the corners, where the screen isn't covered. But these areas of the screen aren't functional, and the protector completely covers the image area. Also, the speaker/microphone isn't covered. Apparently, OTAO uses this "slightly uncovered" approach because this allows the protector to provide a much tighter fit than true full-coverage protectors.Installation was pretty easy. First, you use the supplied wet and dry dust clothes to clean the screen. Then you put a provided plastic guide over the phone (pay attention to the "UP" embossed in the plastic to properly orient the guide). Finally, you remove the film on the back of the protector and install the protector. (I had to fiddle a little before the protector kind of clicked into place.) Then you remove the guide and apply pressure along the perimeter of the protector to finish the installation. I didn't pay any attention to bubbles, because there weren't any, as only the edges of the protector are actually adhering to the screen.I haven't noticed any change in screen sensitivity, but the instructions remind you that if you do see a reduction in sensitivity, the Note 9 has a "Touch sensitivity" toggle under Advanced Features in Settings. OTAO says that "If the screen protector cracks for any reason or does not work for any reason," you can contact them for a replacement.This is my first attempt to install a tempered glass screen protector (and on a curved screen, no less). So if my successful experience is any indication, this should be a no-brainer for other, more experienced users.

Let me start off by saying This wasn't the first Screen protector I ordered on Amazon. [For my Samsung S9Note] I read reviews prior to ordering and despite negative reviews I ordered this one. Unlike the other screen protectors this was easy to install. It was flush to the screen and there's no difficulty when it comes to touch sensitivity. I prefer Tempered Glass, so I was so thrilled this fit my screen.Update:After less than 2 months, it cracked which is not big deal but that was just 1 of the problems I noticed. Made a huge difference to my pictures. Made the pictures kinda foggy, I'd clean off the screen and wasnt til I got frustrated and just took it off til I realized it was the screen protector. Not only that but it made it harder for my phone to focus and take a clear picture for this reason. I'll be buying another brand out there and hopefully wont have any issues.

Before buying my Note 9 I had used Otao's tempered glass screen protectors on my Galaxy S8+, with great results every time. As soon as I bought my Note 9 my screen protector of choice was going to be Otao's. Otao was kind enough to send me this Note 9 tempered glass protector for review, but I was going to buy it out of pocket anyway.The packaging is excelent and includes all the necessary supplies for installation. Having an installation tray to guide the protector over the phone is awesome, allowing for a completely straight and aligned screen protector. The process takes less than 5 minutes from beggining to end.Something I've been very pleased with is that this protector does not have a rainbow effect as some other tempered glass protectors do, keeping the experience of using the phone's amazing screen free of any distractions. As can be seen in the pictures, this protector works well with my Spigen case. There's very little gap between the tempered glass and the case, providing good all-around coverage.So far I have not experienced any issues with screen sensitivity, there's been no problem with touching the screen with my finger or any kind of trouble using the S Pen. I've only had this protector for a few days, but my prior experience with Otao's screen protectors was that they're very scratch-resistant.One thing I'd recommend is to take your time during the installation to make sure the surface of the screen is as clean as possible. Once the protector is applied on the screen using the tray, remove the tray and use a smooth piece of cloth to press and rub the edges of thre screen protector against the phone. This will allow the glue around the screen protector to form a better seal and keep dust from getting between the screen and the tempered glass protector.I'd definitely recommend Otao's tempered glass protector to anyone trying to keep their Note 9 screen safe from scratches or cracks. Great protection at a great price.

This protector is good enough for me and I am happy with it so far.👍 Sealed box packaging.^ Includes 1x Screen Protector, 1x Screen Guide, 1x Installation Manual and Warranty, 1x Wet Wipe, 1x Dry Wipe and 1x blue sticker (not sure what this is for).👍 Full screen protection from dropping my Phone, tried and tested (see photo).👎 Adhesive only on the edges.👎 Tiny dots and on the screen protector are noticeable when tilting the screen against sunlight.^ I like keep my phone below 50% brightness and when outside during the day I can easily notice the tiny dots that are on the screen protector unless I turn the brightness up to near full. If, like me, have the brightness 50% or lower you will see fingerprint smudges all over the screen in bright sunlight. Having said that though and as already mentioned, the 'oily smudges' on the screen aren't as bad as I have experienced with cheaper screen protectors. It always used to irritate me when I would touch my screen and it would make my screen look as though I had greasy hands.👎 Not clear what the blue sticker is used for.^ Inside the box contained a blue, transparent sticker which is not mentioned in the installation manual and found no use for it at all when installing my screen protector so it ended up in the bin.[ UPDATED 11 AUGUST 2019. 6 1/2 Months after purchase ]The screen protector has protected my phone for 6 1/2 months after I installed the first one, until I dropped it recently and needed a new one. I was walking along the street and my phone slipped out of my pocket when I bent forward to pick up something, my phone hit the pavement but thankfully only the screen protector was damaged (see photo). I've now bought a second one and have installed it on my phone. Just make sure to repeatedly press around the edges to make sure the adhesive has bonded. Overall a happy customer and would consider buying for a third time. I don't understand all the bad reviews though, from my experience it has done exactly what I wanted it to.

Bought this product thinking it would protect my phone screen, rather than buying the flimsy screen protectors for a pound, i spent extra and bought what i believed was going to be a superb product and would ensure my expensive phones screen was kept safe. 48hours after fitting the screen (which, as advertised was really easy), i drop something on my phone at work and the screen UNDER the protector cracks!! The screen protector has also shattered. I'm now forced to replace the screen on my galaxy note9 which is going to cost between £150 and £200!!

Its jot tempered glass its a plastic film teŕible product my screen has smashed and I still have 300£ to pay for my phone :(

Really easy to install, no issues at all. On the Note9 you will have to adjust the screen touch sensitivity. Once adjust there are no issues at all.

This is my second of these screen protectors as the first saved my phone when dropped on its corner from my lap whilst standing up. Went on again like a dream with no bubbles at all. Seen some reviews saying it doesnt stick but I disagree as I use a case with mine an have no issues with lifting at all as per the advice went fitting. If u dont wanna use a case then fit and leave over night an u will have no problems.
