MOS Pack Grande Electronics Backpack - Onyx

I bought this bag about 2 months ago and I’ve had quite the roller coaster of impressions from it. Initially, it was absolutely excellent. I love the overall design and the structure of it. However, I had to have it replaced by the manufacturer because one of the two buttons just ripped straight off, due to poor build quality. BUT, the overall support was great. I made a ticket on the mos website and they made me an RMA, I shipped the backpack back to them, which did NOT include a prepaid shipping label, so it was a cost up front to return it. BUT, they did promise to refund the shipping cost after receiving and inspecting the item. I waited over 10 days after the package was confirmed as delivered, and they never emailed me back to let me know that. However, they did leave a phone number at the bottom of their initial email. I called it, had an incredibly friendly and helpful gentleman help me by looking up my order number, and tracking number. He even made an administrative choice to help me skip some steps in the process by doing them for me, meaning I didn’t have to do anything after making that call. After that, I was refunded my shipping expense, and I received a brand new replacement. Not a return or lower quality version of any kind. So, yes, that was quite a lot of ups and downs that brought me to this moment of writing a review. Before concluding, I do want to also touch on my overall impressions of the manufacturing and build quality. I know I already said I think the overall quality is excellent, and I do think that. But, if you look at the image I have attached, that is how many hanging strings, fuzz, and extra material I had to remove carefully using a sharp knife. I had the same exact experience when I received my initial order as I did when unpacking and setting up my second one. So, that is one other thing I find worth noting. I know that’s a lot, but that’s my honest, unfiltered experience. Do with it what you will, and thanks for reading:)

I bought this bag 9/15/16 and reviewed it on another link, but that listing got removed. I love this bag so much that I wanted to repost my review here to offer transparency to buyers:9/15/16: Bag is very nice, however it's a little uncomfortable to wear. Adjusting the straps to have it hang a little lower solves it a bit. To better describe the feeling, it isn't very 'form fitting' and is kind of rigid, especially if you have a 15 inch laptop. It holds all my necessary college materials and I love the cable management for wires. I just wired up my laptop to the strip at the bottom and it works just fine. Very neat features, a variety of pockets, and a place for all of your everyday carry items.I'll update this review in the future if anything changes.*EDIT 9/25/16 - I have found that any item placed directly against your bag in the rear pouch forces the pack to be very rigid. After using it with my Surface Book, I can say that it is more comfortable and snug.**EDIT 1/24/19 - Backpack has been to several states, as well as across Ireland, and it is still as useful and sturdy as when I bought it. Very good investment if you have a lot of cables, a lot of gadgets, and the intent to travel frequently.Regarding my previous reviews on the fit of the backpack, it has since relaxed from being 'broken in' by repeat use. It is still very sturdy and we'll built, but when there is less in the bag, it is more comfortable to wear.***EDIT 7/31/2020 - This bag is still in use today. I use it everywhere for my laptop, gaming gear, headphones, charging equipment, storage drives... so much tech stuff. It goes everywhere with me. I even bought the MOS Rain cover for it around 2017/2018 and it hasn't ripped. This is a tough f***ing bag.

Great backpack for storing electronics safe while traveling.-Has a pocket for a water bottle that separates itself safely from the electronics.-Easy expandable storage in seconds.-Charge your computer and all your devices with one cord.-Pass though wire organization for cords.-Comfortable straps for chest and foam pads for back.

Edit: After using this backpack for a week, I can absolutely recommend it to anyone on the fence. Also bonus points for great customer service.
