Good for sheltered use
Worked well for my purpose. The box has a snap cover that fits tight but no seal, so would need to use a sealant to make weather tight. And you do need to drill holes in it for wires.

Works ok, but not waterproof
It's been a decent product for my small circuit boards. The lid sort of snaps on, but I wouldn't call this waterproof. Water resistant, mostly. Easy to work with to drill holes for cables to go through.

Cheap, basic, cheap, and useable. Don’t trust it outside.
These boxes were the perfect size for what I needed. I easily drilled holes for wire glands and it fit my ESPixelstick controller and connections perfectly and snug.These are cheap plastic. There are 4 “snaps” or tabs that hold the lid to the box and at least 1 broke on every box I used when I first opened it. A second tab broke on 3 of the boxes when I closed the lid so I have some boxes that the lid isn’t very tight.I managed one box with all four tabs intact. I used it outside. We had rain for a day about 3 days after I put the box out. A week later I opened the box to find it filled with water and electronics swimming.These are great for small projects that will stay dry and not exposed to weather.

Definitely not waterproof
Perfect little project boxes for light duty applications that do not require waterproofing. The locking tabs are a bit delicate but as long as your gentle opening and closing them they will be fine for most electronic projects.

Sturdy Box, Good Value for the Money
Purchased these boxes for various 12V electrical projects. Cannot rate the waster resistance of the product because I used the first box inside my enclosed car trailer where water is not a concern. These boxes are VERY sturdy. I had to drill a 3/4" hole in the lid of the box to mount a 12V toggle switch. I was careful when drilling the hole not to put undue stress on the lid. No cracks or breaks in the lid when I was done. Also, the lid snaps into the box. During my work I had to snap the lid off & on numerous times. The mounting tabs held up very well and provided a good tight fit. I had to drill two holes in the back of the box itself to mount it to the wall of my trailer. No cracks or breaks in the plastic during the drilling or mounting process.

Product arrived on time, packaged well and undamaged during shipping. As stated in the ad. Box can difficult to open.

Used for PCB Project
What's missing is good detailed info when mounting a PCB inside these boxes. PCB mounting holes are for 4-20 1/4 screws. Each screw (stand off) mount is 3.5mm from side walls, and stand 5mm tall. When designing a PCB, best size is 55mm x 95mm. Enclosure's corners are not squared but rounded, so your PCB will need to be rounded off or cut off at 45 degree. Electrical components can not be over 15mm tall if you want to close the lid. Wall's thickness is 2mm. As others have stated, these are not "waterproof". There is no o-ring, seal of any kind. Overall, these are good proto enclosures.

Does the odd job
Good item, not 100% waterproof but does the job ok for odd jobs.It would have been nice to have marks/pre cuts for wires to go in and out. So 1 star less

Estupendo.
Las cajas son bastante resistentes, aguantan un buen troquelado sin debilitarse. Cierran perfectamente sin necesidad de tornillos.
