Metal/Magnetic Hoop for PFAFF Creative Embroidery Machine 120x120mm

This works very well for what I needed it for. Was volunteered to make 36 personalized golf towels and needed a hoop that wouldn't slush the towels and was easy &fast to hoop up. Works perfect on my pfaff creative 4.0

I compared this 120 x 120 magnetic hoop to a Pfaff 100 x 100 magnetic hoop. This hoop has the same marked lines and soft covering along the front-facing sides of the hoop. It does not have the Pfaff logo or same-sized magnets. My Creative Icon accepted the hoop even though there is not an option to accept 120 x 120 magnetic hoop in my hoop options. I cannot say with certainty whether the hoop will cause any long-term damage to my very expensive embroidery machine. While I generally prefer name-brand parts for my car, refrigerator, etc., I like that it works as expected for about 1/3 of the price.

Four magnets is only good for a project smaller than the hoop. It seems as though they should give you 8 with this size hoop.The product has worked well for three projects so far.

Love the ease of magnetic hooping. This is nor a Viking brand, but it does fit my machines. It has sharp points that have to be smoothed down on the part where it locks into the machine arm. I have gotten scratched twice by it. I would buy again, in a different size, but be aware...you can get scratched...

Love these magnetic hoops and this size will help to save on stabilizer required for a bigger hoop. Great for vinyl, fleece, and other projects.
