Miss Me But Then Get On With Living...Finale of Colton and Sophie's Story...Filthy Beautiful Love
This story was one of the most emotional stories in respect to Sophie Evans and her sister Becca who is sick with cancer and is in the process of an experimental treatment, which is her last chance. We find that Colton was married to a woman named Stella, actually he is stilled married to her because he is trying to keep from giving up have of his net worth. This causes a rift between Colton and Sophie, but the thing is they have become close even though he had paid a million dollars for her to have sex with her, at least that is what she thought, and we really don't understand why Colton did what he did other than to not let the other man that was bidding on her not have a chance at Sophie. They were just getting ready to have the actual sexual act where he takes her virginity when Stella shows up. Then there is Colt's personal assistant who he had a short affair with after he and Stella split up. So, all this and a sick sister is what is going on with Colton and Sophie, but they do find a way to make it work with one another. This story is romantic and funny at times and then it is heartbreaking and really sad and emotional at others. I loved this story of Colton and Sophie and can't wait to read about Colton's other brother's, Pace the younger, and Collins the oldest. Get this book if you read the first story in this series Filthy Beautiful Lies. This was a good read, so good I stopped reading my other books to get these series and read them.

More Colton and Sophie
Colton Drake has a lot of explaining to do with Sophie. In the meantime, she and her sister get some bonding time in together. Colton is pretty persistent, he now knows how much Sophie means to him and does what any guy should do for love, he goes after her. Although Sophie doesn't want to get tangled up with him again for obvious reasons, she agrees to be his friend (I wanted to laugh at this part - who did they think they were fooling with this set up?) but it does bring them closer. Colton develops more in this story, releasing more emotions and allowing himself to trust again. I love how Colton is not a man-whore although he could have been. There is still the unresolved issue from the last book that prevents Colton and Sophie from being a true couple, and that's the real test of how far each of them will go to be with each other. Sophie matures, too, discovering that in order to receive, she has to really give and she does. But when tragedy hits Sophie where it hurts the most, Colton steps in and really pulls through and it only solidifies how strong their bond has become. Great ending and I am glad that Pace is getting his own story next.

My New Favorite Kendall Ryan Series!
Dear Kendall Ryan,You are the queen of sexy writing. I love you and your books. Please never stop writing.love,BrandieIn all seriousness, I haven't read a KR book that I haven't enjoyed. But I do have my favorites, and it's always a challenge in my mind for an author to top one of my favorite books. This series has officially rocketed to the top of my favorite KR books. To say I loved it is an understatement.I was desperate for something really good to read, that would pull me in immediately. And this series was the perfect solution to my book funk. I devoured both books in two days, because I couldn't put them down. It was everything I love and look for in a book - a slow build romance, sexiness, humor, friendship & so much heart and emotion that I felt connected to both of these fantastic characters. And did I mention it was hot?Colton Drake, charming & sexy, is the perfect leading man. But clearly he's got issues, or why else would he buy a girl for sex, right? He's a successful, good looking guy who could have any girl he wants. But what he really wants is a companion, someone who will give him no strings sex, and be there for him whenever he needs - but without the drama and emotions involved in a relationship. Seems shallow, but once you start to get a glimpse of the real man behind the issues, you fall head over heals. Those little glimpses of kindness and affection won me over immediately. I wanted to know Colton and find out what had broken him.Sophie Evans is a sweet and innocent girl, who wants nothing more than to save her sister's life, no matter how much it'll cost her. What she doesn't expect was that she'd be attracted to Colton, let alone enjoy his company and find comfort in his companionship. She's spent her life being in the shadows of her sister, selflessly giving herself to her family without ever thinking about her needs or wants. And for the first time she is able to be herself. I loved her strength, but it was how selfless she was that gripped at my heart. The best part of this series was the slow burn between Colton & Sophie. There is no insta-love. The suspense and build up of their romance was intense and wonderful. Yes, it was super hot (I expect nothing less from Kendall Ryan), but I also felt the emotion between these two. Not only was the story about finding love, but it was also about finding themselves along the way.KR also packed a wicked punch at the end of the first book that I never saw coming. I LOVE when an author keeps me on my toes, and I can't even tell you how glad I was that the second book was waiting for me on my Kindle.Another thing I loved about the book were the secondary characters. It was easy to adore Pace and Collin, Colton's brothers, and Sophie's sister, Becca. I'm so excited that Pace is getting his own book - Filthy Beautiful Lust. With all of KR's books I feel that I get just enough back story and description to keep me wanting more, without dragging things out. Having just read a book recently that I felt was way too long and drawn out, I loved that this book kept on pace and didn't drag. I found myself excited to pick it up any chance I could, and that is a sign of a great book, in my opinion.A beautiful story full of emotion and the perfect amount of steam - it surpassed all of my expectations. Another fantastic series by Kendall Ryan.

ok !
After reading the first book in this series I was hooked! I loved it and couldn't wait for this one. But I'm disappointed! It was so short and yes there was a horrible situation but for me there just wasn't enough! I feel there could have been so much more! Why oh why do the couples in split books always make up so unbelievably fast! Spoils all the angst! Ending the first book with a cliffhanger that ended up being not much of a cliffhanger is so frustrating! These books could easily have been one book. Three stars as I like the characters and in parts the story was good, but not great! Shame!

poor
I don't usually write reviews but felt the need with this one! I loved the 1st book in this series so was looking forward to reading this one but boy was I disappointed. This book must have taken about 2 hours to read because I skimmed a good few pages it was so poor. No explanations or descriptions about things that happen, it was so rushed. It must have only taken a day to write? I don't want to give any ' spoilers' out because there aren't really any. I was just so disappointed with it and couldn't wait to finish it and I certainly won't be buying the 3rd book. Such a shame because the 1st book was good

24 Hours is all it took
Yes, that's right, I devoured this series in just 24hrs & loved every minute! I even snuck out of a night out early so I could keep reading! Colton & Sophie' s story starts out unconventional but they get there & now I'm waiting, not so patiently, for Pace & Kylie (then hopefully Collins') story too. This is one of my "must buy her books no matter what" authors & I'm sure she'll soon be yours too!
