This bra is very well made, the fabric is soft but provides good compression. The cups reinforced below and on the side. It has three rows of hooks to adjust for several band sizes and the straps also have three levels of adjustment and a wide an comfortable. I had a breast reduction surgery a5 days ago and ordered this bra for post-op. I couldn't estimate my true present size and ordered M, which would fit my 34 band size, but the bra was a bit snug even on the last hook. I recommend those who will use it for post-op to anticipate 1-2 sizes up on the chart when ordering. I am still quite swollen and the incisions are sensitive, so I can't wear it for more a few hours at a time. I will keep one for later, I am sure it will fit me after the swelling has gone and when I have been completely healed. It gives a good support and it will be good for athletic activities. The back has a good support and an opening that will prevent sweating. I am exchanging the second one for a larger to fit my present condition. The customer service is excellent and I had no problems with the exchange. Overall, I recommend this bra both for both post-op and for sports.

I wanted to provide a comprehensive review of both bra styles. For reference I had a breast augmentation. For reference went from 275cc 32B to 550cc 32-34D predicted.I purchased 3 sizes based on the size chart measurements. It’s hard to gage your size post op due to extreme swelling from surgery. I recommend sizing up one. I ordered a small in the hook front closures. I ordered small, medium and large in the zip front. I will start by stating ALL have adjustable straps. It is a hook and loop adjustment on each strap. It is very difficult to unhook the strap the first time but once it’s out it’s easy to move up or down. The front zip style bras are very comfortable! The thick band in the bottom did not cut into my sutures at all. There is light padding around the bottom portion of the bra only to provide comfort. The zip front is easy to use. The medium worked very well for me post op in the zip front style. The fabric is soft and very stretchy. I was able to place ice packs inside the bra. It would bounce back and not get stretched out around the cups. The band does get stretched and is a bit loose on the medium. But it’s comfortable. The small was too tight around my lower bust. I returned that one prior to my surgery. The large was much too big around the lower bust. For reference my typical bra size is 32.For the hook front closure version I purchased a small since I could adjust the size by 3 different hook levels. The straps are also adjustable hook and loop style. I kept this thinking it would fit post op but it seems too small. I would recommend sizing up on this one as well. The band seems to fit but it has too much compression in the cups even on the loosest hook. The hooks are also a bit harder to use when you are a few days post op and not able to use your chest muscles.Overall very happy these bras are comfortable post surgically. They are not attractive but really do a good job after surgery. I would recommend it. Sizing is a bit hard to nail down but I recommend one size up from your current size.

This bra is the comfiest post op bra ever, I couldn't wait to change into it after my surgery and have been wearing everyday for 6 weeks, wish I bought 2 lol

Had to wear it at the tightest hooks, and I feel that there should have been some light padding at the nipple area to prevent your nipples from showing up when you wear them below tees.

Thai sports bra is extremely comfortable I love it would recommend buying it for sport and I love wearing It underneath my uniform. SOO COMFY

Used after a lumpectomy, gave the support I needed. I am a 34C and got a Medium and it fit well, I did have to adjust the straps to the tightest fit but it worked nicely.
