Ortiga, propiedades y beneficios medicinales 1.- Por su acción antianémica la ortiga es una planta medicinal muy beneficiosa para prevenir o combatir los casos de anemia ferropénica debido a su contenido en hierro y vitamina C. 2.- Esta planta es muy útil para mejorar los casos de caspa, regular el exceso de sebo en el cuero cabelludo, ayudarte a prevenir y combatir la caída del cabello y mantenerlo con una buena salud general. En estos casos prepara una decocción con la raíz y las hojas. 3.- La ortiga es una planta con acción depurativa que mejora afecciones como la gota o ácido úrico alto y las infecciones de las vías urinarias como la cistitis o la uretritis. 4.- Si tienes problemas de cansancio y fatiga prueba a tomar regularmente la ortiga durante los periodos de mayor desgaste. Tiene efecto tonificante y además se añade su valor nutricional en cuanto a sus minerales se refiere. Es una planta excelente para tomar durante periodos de convalecencia y recuperación física y mental.

This really helps
A good friend of mine had knee surgery, the next thing I know, she’s walking around like nothing. She recommended this to me bc I have bad lower back pain and this really helps my pain and I prefer taking this, instead of pain killers which don’t help my pain but does so much damage to my organs

A little bit expensive but works well
It is a good analgesic and even a little bit of relaxant without the side effects of the NSAIDs, in my case well tolerated but use with caution the first time because it may have side effects or allergy reactions in other users. A little bit expensive.
