Good In-Ear Phones for the Money
For the price, these are really excellent in-ear headphones. I've bought a few inexpensive brands in the past and have been very disappointed, but I am very pleased with these. The sound is smooth, articulate and pretty neutral sounding -- not bass heavy and muffled like lots of others I've tried. While not bass heavy, they still have plenty of bass that goes down quite deep. They are somewhat lacking in transparency and don't "disappear" like the best sounding equipment might, but I'd expect to pay lots more for that, anyway. For those of you who find it important, the cables are pretty non-microphonic, too. My only complaint is that the left and right channels are not marked on the earpieces in any way which caused me to have to put on a test CD to identify them. I then marked them myself to avoid confusion. These are by far the best under $50 in-ear phones I've heard and I highly recommend them.

Disappointed
I got these earbuds in November, thinking these were the coolest things ever. The cord was definitely not as vibrant as it was in the picture, but it was still pretty cool. The moment I put these on, I fell in love. The sound was so crisp and clear, and the wood casing made the sound stick out more than any other earbud I have tried.About a couple days later, the paint on the casing started to chip off. I didn't really mind but just a heads up. It made it look strange.A couple months later, I noticed i had to wiggle the cord around to get the best sound. This made me nervous. Soon enough, the headphones all together stopped working. I had never abused them, I only kept them in my pocket.Bottom line, these are great for a couple months, but they will soon blow out. Be sure if you buy them, buy them new so you can still return them.

They work
If you do not hear difference between a CD and 196Kbs encoded mp3 then those are for you (i.e. do not expect much from those.) Also the paint peeled off them on the first day of use. I keep them since they do what I bought them for: listen to music/radio while doing something.

nothing special, paint comes off
i like the rope like cord and the finish was nice untill it came off. other wise its just an expensive set of earbuds.

love the phones
love the phones, very nice sound. bought them from Amazon or fullfilled by Amazon. The box had obviously been opened before then resealed not to well. They appear to be new and I am not returning them but......the price was sure right, you get what you pay for.

look and feel cheap, sound ok
Wire connections aren't sturdy enough to survive life in my pocket. Came with a tear on the cord's fabric wrap. Wood has already chipped. Sound decent and fit into ears well. Does a good job at blocking background noise.

Best earbuds I ever had
So I had a couple of pairs of earbuds (Pioneer, JAYS, Apple...) and I have to admit, these are the best. The sound is super rich and clear. I would definitely recommend them!

Woodees Earphones...
This product is excellent and the service was most excellent. I couldn't believe the difference between my older Woodees and this new set. Thank you again...
