Roman Ornamotor II Rotating Ornament Motor Hook, Set of 3

These little ornament motors are alot of fun, and add a nice touch of interest to any christmas tree. The mini lights on our tree had a slightly different base then what came on the ornamotor, but this was a very easy fix - just bend the little wire ears on a spare light of your light set straight up, pull the plastic base off the light, then do likewise to the ornamotor, and add that base from your own light set, bend the ears back down and your done. We got the 3 pack of motors, 2 spin clockwise, and 1 spins counter-clockwise, which I found great to create a more balanced movement around the tree. The motors are very quiet and can barely be heard standing right next to the motor.

These are the perfect accessory for some designer ornaments that were received as a gift. We had one rotator previously which made no noise as it turned. These have a slight noise, which bugs me a little bit if the room is quiet. But not enough to not use them. Will probably buy another set at some point, they add a lot of sparkle as ornaments turn.

These arrived very quickly. They make more noise than the ones I had in the 90's...but add a nice touch. I have a world globe ornament that just cries out to spin. I am fanatical about making it spin the proper direction. When it turns on the other way, a slight turn of the hook in the right direction and all is well.

I loved them with the exception that one of them was defective so I only had 5 working on the tree. I would like to order more for next year if they come on sale. This is the first time that I have used rotators and have sent video's of them rotating on the tree to friends and family. Everyone was really impressed.

Wow, I love what the rotator did for my Christmas tree------it made it come alive. I told my family that "my trees were dead before i ordered the rotators". I would never go back. The youngest grandson was mesmerized by the spinning bulb. I still have my tree up!I will be reordering more, they were a snap to put on the tree....Amazon your ordering procedure was efficient and quick...ordered it on a Monday and you said that it would arrive on that Thursday and it was.

I have had three of these ornamotors for years and decides to up my tree game and bought three more this year. They arrived quickly and were packaged well. Unfortunately they are LOUD. As loud as a little ornament moron can be! I'm assuming they are just being made differently now and thus not very good quality?

Can't tell - as they're American they don't fit standard UK Xmas lights so I have to buy a string of lights from the USA to fit themPackage arrived intact before the suggested postal date so that was good. Items all seem fine - just have yo wait to see them rotate!!

I have many Star Trek ornaments that I use these for..it is so neat looking to see the flying ships move.Also use them for ornaments my children made in school..That was 1960 when the first one was made..I have five sons so I have many ornaments moving on the tree. I am passing some of them down now to there children's children...A/J
