Instructions: 1. Remove the product and turn on the power. 2. Adjust the time (the default setting is Chinese time, which needs to be adjusted to local time). 3. Set the machine frequency. Turn off the power after confirming. 4. Open the lid, take out the essential oil bottle, and load the essential oil (please note: be sure to use pure plant essential oils, do not use water-based flavors. Be sure to use oily essential oils.) 5. Install the essential oil bottle, close the lid, and turn on the power.

Disappointed. Better as a room diffuser than a whole house diffuser.
We hooked it up to the HVAC system and were disappointed that we couldn’t smell it. We tried increasing the output, leaving it running, and both at the same time to no avail. We ended up returning this item. We have a room diffuser that was stronger at putting at smell than this one was. If you’re looking for a one room diffuser, you can consider this one. But I wouldn’t recommend considering for a whole house diffuser.

Works well for a small space but not for an entire home
I bought this to use in our 3000 square-foot home. I liked the idea of being able to attach it directly to our HVAC which I did. We have noticed that when we use the unit in a single room, it seemed to work really well. In conjunction with the HVAC we feel that dissent is diluted too much and that is even running it almost 24/7.

I just unboxed the machine, I see that it was unboxed before the manual is wrinkled, it’s fine (maybe) but I thought I bought a new machine. I am now programming it and the manual says that it is in Beijing time and it wasn’t. It’s not that easy to program (Maybe it is so simple that it’s hard for me to understand kind of thing, we will see ). I’m giving it a shot anyways.
