Absolutely Shocked
Ladies, if you have been through menopause you need to be taking Alaya! I am 64 years old. When I shower there used to be a bunch of hair in my shower, no more. When I brushed my hair there was a ton of hair in my brush, no more. I even notice a ton of new hair growth! I even notice the wrinkles on my face are much better! That is with 1 bottle!! I use it daily
At 75, I have used this supplement daily for several years. For me, this brand of collagen makes a difference for workout recovery (running, yes I'm slow but it is still running) and injury recovery.

Research that this is one of the best
It’s really hard when it comes to supplements. My research indicates this is one of the top brands, so go for it. I haven’t noticed any results. That’s not to say there won’t be, I just expected to notice.

No side effects
I have been taking 3 a day and have not had any bad side effects. I haven't taken them long enough to see if they will help with my hair, skin or nails. I saw Jilian advertizing them and have always liked her.
