I have been using moleskine notebooks for a few years now and didn't expect to find anything better. Except I did. This Paipur notebook is so nice. It is brilliant to have dotted and lined pages side by side, the paper quality is great. Ink does not bleed through! I love the soft cover, the elastic band around the notebook, the placeholder ribbon, the envelope at the back (sound familiar, anyone?). Additionally, I got some bullet journal stencils from amazon and already having so much fun with my new Paipur notebook. The orange cover colour is so beautiful. Watch this space :D .... a few days into using the notebook, it is amazing. Makes me feel very creative and a couple of fun ideas popped up - very happy with my purchase.... and a few months down the line, I bought zig zag scissors and am now scrapbooking. Such fun! I tear out the relevant pages from my glossy magazines and glue my favourite pics into the paipur notebook. Having pictures alongside text makes journaling even more fun. These really are the best notebooks.

Almost everything about this notebook reeks of quality. It FEELS great. The addition of the dotted grid on left hand pages is useful to me for scamping out designs and layouts. The pocket in the back is its achillies heel in the design. Stuff too much in and it splits. I like the sub A4 size too. A4 can feel unwieldy if you're moving between meetings without a bag.The company is also quick off the mark if there's something you're unhappy about. The first one I bought came with a minor crease in the cover. I complained and TWO were sent to me by return. Great service.It's not cheap but I'm on my third now and wouldn't look anywhere else.

I don't think i can actually fault this journal, i have started using it as a diary/ bullet journal and it works perfectly. I can have all of my trackers and doodles on the dotted page and my diary on the opposite. There is enough space for just about anything you want to use it for and the colour and feel of the cover is just lovely. Im a student so have been traveling a lot already with it and it still looks fantastic. Definitely going to be a staple for many years.

I bought the original version of this notebook and wasn’t that happy with it. The main issue was that it was impossible to use with a fountain pen (ink bled though) and I just didn’t like the large spacing of the dots.I bought the new narrow spaced version (100gsm) and this works very well with all my fountain pens. They will be bringing out a 120gsm version which should be even better, especially if you have broad nibs.The finish is much better than the previous version and its clear PAIPUR have listened to the feedback and worked to improve the product. This now has narrow ruled on the right hand side and dotted paper on the left and you can remove each page if you want to.I will be buying more!

I love the approach behind this brand and the packaging was very pretty. However, the quality was ok. Had to return it.Two areas you should look for when this product arrives is the middle pages and the side profile. Never had a problem with the other well known brand. Just disappointed.Update - contacted the seller who offered a replacement which arrived swiftly. Great condition, really good quality. Clearly, I must have received a bad batch. Cannot fault the product.

Love this notebook, the paper doesn’t bleed through, even with fountain pen, and it’s great having the flexibility of gridded on one side and lined on the other. Only downsides, it would be nice in hardback, but it’s fairly sturdy so it’s not a dealbreaker, and the cloth bookmark that is connected to the notebook came clean off the first time I tried to use it

I love this notebook which I purchased in the pale blue. The soft cover is very tactile, the paper is of a good quality and sufficiently absorbent to deal with fibre tip pens. My only quibble is that I prefer a notebook that is all lined paper as I don't use it as a bullet journal.

I was looking for good quality paper, narrower lines, microperforations and smaller than a4 but bigger than a5. All of these points are met with this notebookIf I had any points I may change I would like to have one that is lined on both pages not dotted, also the Reward if Lost comment at the front is not of my liking.I am interested to see how the cover will survive handbag life, perhaps it could be just a little firmed but nice moleskin feel to it.
