He was very responsive, worked closely with me to make sure measurements were accurate, and followed up after the new coat had arrived to make sure the fit was right. Figura Fashionz has easily the best customer service I have experienced so far. James is extremely responsive and willing to go an extra mile to fulfill all my request. The first coat came and din't fit the way I wanted, I got the replacement within a week. Then the second one still didn't fit me right, I got another replacement within another week. Maybe because my body type, the third coat still didn't look good on me. Sadly, I had to return them all. And Figura reached out saying that they will give me a full refund and said I could keep one of them if I wanted to. Such an amazing customer service!Very pleasant experience so far. Nice leather. The company emailed me for my measurements and then confirmed information with me. The coat fits perfectly and the leather is soft. This company is very nice to work with.

Constructed poorly and leather was a poor quality.

When you buy this they email you and ask your body measurements. I told them the size measurements from my old jacket and they said they wanted my body measurements instead. When my jacket came, it fit super tight--so it seems they did not factor in enough room for me to comfortably move.

The coat is super nice , I would recommend, it was large and the company replaced it without a problem
