This sauce is very reminiscent of Sriracha in how they look, the consistency, and application of the sauce. This is the perfect hot sauce for mexican for imo. It's got tons of fruity and tangy flavor notes while having a nice rounded profile thanks to the garlic and just he right amount of heat! After I used it a few times I genuinely bought 6 more bottles.

I have bought all three of Humble House's sauces and this one certainly gets the most use. I use it on anything where I want a bit of heat and richness, especially eggs or in soups. The Aji Amarillo and Habanaro is a close second to me. It is a bit hotter and more citrusy, but not as rich or sweet. I use both in about equal amounts. Not a fan of the Ancho and Morita really, but that is just because it tastes too much like tamarind or raisins. This isn't a problem, I just don't particularly like tamarind or raisins.

This is not a very hot sauce. It is very mildly spicy, but intensely flavorful. It brings something out of the peppers that just works. I would love for this to mass produced and available in a larger quantity or at least at a lower price. This is what your chef friend would come up with if you asked them to create a peppery garlic mild sauce that everyone could enjoy. It is a very enjoyable sauce, versatile and not too hot for everyday use.

It’s hard to get a hot sauce that tastes incredible. This one nailed it. While the heat level isn’t scraping your face off it’s enough to keep the dish interesting but the flavor takes it to an incredible level

This is comparable with sriracha, but is sweeter and less spicy. I'd like for it to be considerably less sweet and more spicy, but it is a quality sauce so i'll probably order this again.

When they say mild spice it's more like zero spice. It is a very good sauce tho very garlicky.

After draining my first bottle of Ancho & Morita and wanting more, I decided to tack on another sauce by Humble House to my order for more. Like my previous experience with this sauce maker, Guajillo & Red Jalapeno tastes similar to something I've already had plenty of- sriracha- but better and more refined. The familiar flavor of red jalapeno is elevated by a slow-fermented flavor that I've come to enjoy in Korean kimchi. The result is a sauce that you want to taste again and again to try to figure out all of the various foods that its flavor brings to mind. As with other Humble House sauces, I expect to drain this bottle quickly in trying to pair it with as many foods as possible. It's a good thing that this sauce comes in a bottle twice as large as most hot sauces, as you'll want to share it with friends.

If you like HOT sauce this is not for you. If you’re the mild type, it may have some flavor, but I definitely couldn’t taste it. I’d give it one star for lack of flavor, but I also know that my own personal preference is for a hotter sauce that may not be other people’s cup of .... salsa.... anyway. Tastes like ketchup. Ketchup lite. :-/
