Beautiful Book - best restaurant in England - lovingly written
If you like me and my wife, put MSH in the top 5 restaurants in the UK, and on its day at number 1, then this is the prefect gift for your appreciative partner, fellow diner or foodie friend.We have not been going to DC's haven on the Cam for 20 years - but have been going for around 10 - and even had my 50th there - so sure I'm biased. But when spending £30+ for a book - I would want to know is it worth the money. Does it capture the essence of Midsummer House. Does it show how to attempt the brilliance of Daniel?And the answer to all 3 is YES!!!. Highly recommended. See you again soon DC.

Fabulous book
I have been a fan of Daniel Clifford for a long time , and have anticipated this book for nearly as long. I wasn't disappointed, a fabulous read , great recipes , fantastic photography and Daniel's turbulent life story at Midsummer House. This book will suit seasoned cooks and Professional chefs alike. A must have for anyone's coffee table. Treat yourself, a fab Chrissy present...
