Well Made Headset Top Cap
The parts are well-machined, look good, and fit together well. I ended up using only the bolt, due to the strange nature of my recumbent bike, but I would not hesitate to use this on one of my diamond frame bikes.

Nice construction and strong
I bought this to cap a steering post extension , but found it strong enough to easily ( and firmly ) support my delta phone holder.

It works
It is a top cap... does what a top cap needs to do. The removable insert on the bolt head to allow it to be all black is neat though.
